This yoga studio is simply lovely, cozy, and filled with light. My experience with the class led by Jason was absolutely fantastic. He takes the time to provide clear instructions and helpful guidance, both verbally and through demonstration. The transitions between poses are smooth, safe, and provide a good challenge. Jason emphasizes proper hand and foot placement, which I find crucial for building strength and balance in my practice. This series of classes is exactly what I've been looking for and have missed in my yoga journey. Suitable for all levels, I left feeling mentally and physically invigorated – that classic yoga "high." The beautiful sound of singing bowls during savasana, along with the addition of Yoga tarot cards, were a delightful extra touch. I am excited to meet the other teachers soon. Looking forward to my next visit! ✨

I frequently attend Inspire to partake in classes, and every time I depart, I feel rejuvenated, revitalized, and serene. The classes present a delightful challenge without being overly strenuous, allowing you to progress at a comfortable pace. Elif is an exceptional instructor who continuously encourages her students to push their boundaries and experiment with new poses. The studio's decoration and atmosphere are exquisite. Personally, I find the sound bowls during Shavasana particularly enchanting. Attending classes at Inspire has become an essential component of my self-care regimen.
