She was an absolute gem when I needed assistance canceling my membership, making the whole process easy and fast. Not only that, but she is incredibly courteous, professional, friendly, and respectful. Kudos to Jennifer for her outstanding customer service!

I 'ave been frequentin' this fitness center for quite some time now, and I 'ave always enjoyed the vibe—until Jennifer became the manager. Under the previous leadership, it was a top-notch place, but since she took over a few months back, everything 'as gone pear-shaped. Jennifer's condescending demeanor and snarky remarks 'ave made members feel uneasy, meself included. 'er lack of professionalism and disregard for the members' experiences 'ave left me feelin' unwelcome. I've tried to brush it off, but after several negative interactions, I 'ave decided to switch to a different gym chain. It's a pity, because this gym 'ad so much potential before she came along. A change in leadership could really make a difference 'ere.

I just popped in after being informed that I could give their tanning bed a whirl. They informed me that I couldn't due to some health regulation. I promptly phoned another branch and they instructed me to come on over and try it out. So, no hard feelings towards PF, but I'm a bit baffled as to why these staff members felt compelled to fib to me and send me packing when the managers were clearly more hospitable.

This is my favorite planet fitness! I always drive the extra distance to come to this one because the staff is so friendly and they do such a good job of keeping the place super clean! There is so much equipment and space it never feels overcrowded like some I’ve gone to. I love this gym!

This incident occurred merely an hour prior to the facility's closing time. The staff member assured her that she could utilize the shower facilities once he had completed the cleaning process.

A smashing gym, I must say! Rarely overcrowded, with plenty of equipment available at all times. The staff are ever so delightful. It's a proper "no judgement" gym, if you ask me. You'll come across your typical gym buffs, the loud grunters, and a few clangy weight droppers, but for the most part, you'll find folks who are truly focused on their health and fitness journey. Top-notch place, indeed!

Paige is extremely impolite and stated, "Just works here has no idea how things work or can explain." This contradicts the mission statement of Planet Fitness. She overlooks individuals and then impolitely informs you that you're not on the list when four other individuals waiting in line observe me scan and approve an amenity. Why shell out extra if she's not going to allow you to utilize them, and she doesn't even clean them.

I have visited PF locations all over, and this one was absolutely lovely! It was incredibly spacious, not too crowded around 9am, and impeccably clean.

The latest general manager is headed to drive this place into the dirt! I've overheard her gossiping about customers behind their backs to other employees. Ever since she came aboard, all the pleasant employees to chat with have quit, and those who remain seem super stressed when working with her. When I had a billing issue and asked for a refund (which was mistakenly billed the day before I called), she chose to argue with me and blame me for not properly deactivating my account. After canceling my membership, I stopped going to the gym, and only realized I still had an active account when the annual fee was deducted from my account. When I requested a corporate contact, she refused to provide me with any assistance from her superiors. Hopefully, the owner notices this and reaches out to me as she abruptly ended our call. Furthermore, I did not appreciate how, as things escalated and my frustration grew, she started calling me names like lovely. Girl, I am not your friend, I am not your granddaughter - I am a grown woman. Do not address me as anything other than ma'am. I hope the Better Business Bureau can resolve this matter since this location shows no concern for their customers.

UNBELIEVABLE! It's just not possible to exercise in this place! The staff seem to prioritize their own comfort over the members'. The temperature is at an all-time high! I understand it's cold outside, but gosh, I start sweating just 3 minutes after stepping into the building and the air feels so stale. I almost fainted. I'm 24 and in good health. Are they trying to harm us? Avoid this location or risk collapsing.

This gym is a nightmare to cancel your membership with. They insist you must come in person to cancel, instead of allowing online or phone cancellations. California has outlawed this practice, and hopefully Colorado will do the same soon.
