I absolutely adore this establishment. I never really frequented gyms before joining here, but now I find myself eagerly anticipating my visits! The steam room and hot tub almost serve as indulgent treats post a challenging workout. The trainers are incredibly friendly and inspiring as well! If you're contemplating hiring a personal trainer, be sure to request Jordan. He was my trainer, and he was truly exceptional! While the membership may not be inexpensive, it is certainly worth every penny.

Beware of the taller, less-known aqua aerobics instructor who taught on 3/7. She tends to remove three swimmers from a lane to accommodate just one person for her class - even if she has only one person in each of her other 2 available lanes and has access to an additional pool where most people prefer to be due to its warmth and comfort for the class's demographic.

This lady becomes defensive and offended when asked to consider consolidating the class, unlike the more popular instructor who provides excellent customer service and demonstrates basic common sense by efficiently fitting 6 people in a lane for her class.

Absolutely absurd.

I absolutely adore being a member at this Life Time branch! My highlights? The dance jam session with Charlotte, the En Barre classes led by Dana and Nancy, the amazing Surrender yoga instructors, and of course, the steam room and sauna. Each visit fills me with anticipation, and I always relish the warm camaraderie of the folks there.

I used to adore Lifetime, but the recent changes in management have led to higher prices and reduced class offerings. This has resulted in fewer options for those seeking early morning or lunchtime classes, or anyone needing a diverse range of fitness programs with specific scheduling requirements.

I used to adore this gym, but alas, I have been mistreated by a pickleball instructor and now find myself feeling quite uneasy. Therefore, I am compelled to journey further to the Westminister gym where I hope to find a more welcoming environment.
Alan Perez (5/26/25, 3:02 AM):
The gym is absolutely lovely and impeccably maintained, but alas, my membership fees surged from $79 per month to $109 per month within a span of 2 years. This compelled me to ponder over other alternatives and ultimately led me to terminate my membership. I was informed that membership fees generally escalate every 3-4 years. Regrettably, this was not the case for me.
Patricia Williams (5/25/25, 6:34 AM):
Lovely gym, with all the essentials for a light travel experience. I had a good time. Yet, for the price, perhaps some improvements could be made such as updating the old sinks, shower tiles, and the outdoor pool area which lacks ample space for adults.

I 'ad the pleasure o' visitin' Elise for a facial @ the Lifetime Spa recently, and I can confidently say it was the best facial I've ever 'ad! Elise is truly a master of 'er craft. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and invitin' atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

The facial itself was nothin' short of extraordinary. Elise took the time to assess me skin's needs and customize the treatment accordingly. 'Er expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did me skin look and feel amazin' afterward, but I also left feelin' completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

What sets Elise apart is 'er passion for skincare and 'er genuine desire to 'elp 'er clients achieve their skincare goals. She provided valuable insights into me skincare routine and recommended products tailored to me specific needs, without any pressure to purchase.

If you're lookin' for the best esthetician and the best facial experience you've ever 'ad, look no further than Elise. I cannot recommend 'er highly enough! Thank you for the incredible experience—I can't wait to come back!

I joined this Life Time a couple of months ago and I'm SO glad I did! The atmosphere of the gym really makes you enjoy coming in - from the cleanliness of the locker rooms to the friendliness of the staff. The people who work at this gym really make you feel welcomed and valued. Last week, my car battery died when leaving the gym, and Aaron called around asking if anyone had jumper cables to help me out. Chase, who was working in the Cafe at the time, raised his hand and was very willing to help. He was extremely patient and helpful while jumping my car (even though it was excessively windy and cold outside). He really went above and beyond to help a guest, and I can't thank him enough! Very impressed with the teamwork and customer service at Life Time Flatirons.
Johnny Hamilton (5/17/25, 2:08 AM):
I popped in for a workout at this joint earlier this week. Blimey. Spotless it was, mate. Music playing at a reasonable volume. Top-notch gear, all properly kept, and can you believe it, fresh air! I wish the management of our Plano club could swing by and pick up a thing or two. Our club back in Plano reeks of sewage from the get-go. They keep banging on about a tricky plumbing issue and whatnot. Load of bollocks, if you ask me. Ain't no plumbing problem there, I reckon.

Hats off to the team at this place.
Victoria Miller (5/14/25, 9:58 PM):
It 'tis tough to give 2 Stars for the gym with such splendid facilities and staff. Yet, when I ventured into the locker room, the shower floor was a truly revolting sight – dirty beyond belief! One would expect a club of this caliber to uphold a certain standard, especially at the prices they charge.
Jordan Sullivan (5/14/25, 11:34 AM):
At the price they're asking for a basic membership, having to fork out more for the majority of classes is quite laughable. The gym itself is tiny to boot. You could enjoy double the gear and amenities elsewhere for a lesser fee. At Lifetime, you're just a digit, not a valued member. It's a tad absurd that the front desk staff are required to sport suits at a gym. And don't even get me started on the GM of the Broomfield site - his ego problem has led to the departure of several talented staff members.
Ethan Perry (5/11/25, 2:44 PM):
I recently joined this gym because my personal trainer began working here. The gym is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It's amazing how even strangers will cheer you on, which is something I have never experienced at a gym before. And to top it off, Gabriel Garcia is an incredible trainer who excels at identifying my weaknesses and helping me conquer them. I highly recommend this place!
Beverly Henderson (5/9/25, 10:04 PM):
What a brilliant Gym. So pristine and with a lovely atmosphere. I was a bit apprehensive about signing up for a gym, as I wasn't in the best shape and carrying some extra weight. However, I've been made to feel so welcome and supported here. My health has really improved and I genuinely look forward to my weekly visits. Members come in all ages, sizes, shapes, races, and abilities. It feels so inclusive and creates such a positive environment.
Megan Hughes (5/8/25, 11:36 PM):
Absolutely dreadful experience, with a staff that's clearly unprofessional and rude. The organizational culture is abysmal. Gym is unsafe due to broken equipment. Scarcity of towels in the pool area is a constant issue. Windy conditions leave the kids freezing without towels. Paying a hefty monthly fee only to be treated like a doormat. No, thank you!
Ethan Gonzales (5/6/25, 3:00 PM):
LIFE CAFE

There is much to be desired about the Life Cafe staff's attitude, I must say. I believe the staff members could benefit from a Customer Service course, at the very least. It is not professional for employees to bring their personal issues to work.
Dylan Campbell (5/5/25, 12:02 PM):
This is what you get for $170 a month. This gym should be utterly ashamed. From the staff with a superiority complex, to the shoddy equipment in disrepair, to the absolutely revolting locker rooms. What an absolute farce.
George Powell (5/5/25, 7:49 AM):
I recently became a member of the club last week and had two fantastic experiences: Pilates with Leslie and a facial with Elise. Leslie is one of the most seasoned pilates instructors I've encountered in the past year, spanning two cities; she provided meticulous observations and key adjustments. Leslie was the one who truly convinced me to join. As for Elise, she delivered the best facial experience I've ever had: comprehensive, well-informed, and expertly executed. Things are looking promising so far!
Alice Gomez (5/4/25, 5:42 AM):
When I arrived at Life Spa, this short-haired Russian girl couldn't assist me in ordering a hair product, and asked me to return another time! Are you absolutely certain?
Upon my second visit, there was no one at the counter. I waited for quite some time, growing disheartened at the thought of waiting any longer, and eventually left.

I decided to give them one last chance. As I browsed the products, I overheard one employee bullying another at the spa. Particularly, this large gentleman was targeting this small Asian girl. The way they were interacting was quite distressing.
Are the staff at this spa not properly trained to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect? Hello, can someone please appear and assist me in purchasing some products?

I didn't receive proper attention, respect, or acknowledgment from any of the employees there!
Judith Sanchez (5/1/25, 2:27 PM):
Lifetime Fitness Flatirons has an absolutely dreadful policy when it comes to visitor passes. My daughter is visiting home for spring break and wishes to swim with me. The first visit was fine as I used one of my two monthly guest passes for her. However, the second time she wanted to swim with me (on the last day of March) I was informed by the desk staff that the same individual cannot be a guest within 30 days or else there is a $30 fee to enter the club.

As a result, my daughter was unable to exercise at a facility that primarily targets members, I wasted my second guest pass as the month expired, and the desk staff provided no alternative solution for my daughter to work out. They could have offered a complimentary day pass, as indicated on their website. They could have informed me that the policy would be enforced next time and wished my daughter a pleasant swim. But no. My daughter was turned away, and I find it unreasonable to be charged $30 for a brief swim and a shower, amounting to 30% of my MONTHLY membership fee.

This incident showcases a failure in customer service by Lifetime Fitness. It's the perfect anecdote for me to share with anyone who will lend an ear. Lifetime Fitness seems to hold its product in excessively high regard by charging $30 for a visitor workout.
