I must say, I was not impressed with the staff at all. Blake sent a rather insulting and condescending email to my wife in an attempt to convince her to sign up, due to our concerns about the joining fees. He basically implied that she was too stingy to join, breaking down the fee to less than $1.00 per day. We certainly did not appreciate receiving a math lesson from such an arrogant salesperson. Furthermore, they now send us emails about reduced joining fees to ensure members never have to wait for cabanas at the pool. It all seems quite deceptive, and we actually found a much better deal in Wayland with no joining fees. Your staff could definitely benefit from some lessons in diplomacy and manners.

If I could aptly articulate how splendid the team members are at LifeTime, particularly the Yoga Instructors, the club would be so overrun with visitors that there wouldn't be space left for me. Fret not, there is ample room; I have yet to even share a lane in the delightful warm swimming pool. The amenities are truly top-tier, as evident in the visuals (the sound system in the yoga studio is particularly exceptional, and I am an avid audiophile) but they pale in comparison to the individuals - from the welcoming greeters at the entrance, the operational staff, the café personnel, and lifeguards, everyone there is incredibly amiable and supportive. Furthermore, I am astounded by LifeTime as a corporation, particularly in constructing this haven of wellness on the grounds of an ice cream factory. It struck me as remarkable that upon fulfilling my one-year contractual commitment, they reached out to remind me of the option to freeze my membership whenever I desire; although I don't anticipate utilizing this feature, I was impressed by the proactive gesture from the company. Huge shoutout to the phenomenal Yogis!

You can check out anytime you fancy, but you can never depart!
The good: A splendid mix of gym-goers, no judgements here, a wide variety of equipment, weights, and a pool. Not too crowded during the week. Welcoming to families with kids. Immaculately clean.
The bad: Lockers often out of order, parking lot becomes an icy mess in winter.
The ugly: Took a turn for the worse come wintertime. Tried to "pause" my membership. They demand a 30-day notice period so I got hit with an additional $250 fee, then they charge me $32 per month *not* to be a member. Upon my return, due to a busy travel schedule, I tried to cancel. Not only did I have to provide another 30 days' notice (there goes another $250), but I had to do it in person or by registered mail. Seriously, could it be any more inconvenient? It feels like pure greed. It took me two weeks to physically make it there to sort it out, costing me another $125. I had thought about rejoining once my circumstances changed, but not anymore.

The men's sauna and steam rooms always seem to be out of order, undergoing maintenance, or in need of repairs for weeks on end. Additionally, the morning shift is consistently tardy in unlocking the doors, or lacks the key necessary for early access. The quality of service at this establishment is beginning to deteriorate! Despite the high cost of membership, there is no compensation for the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff.
Carolyn Kelly (5/5/25, 9:40 PM):
This gym is absolutely worth every penny, especially during the summertime with its stunning outdoor jacuzzi, cafe, lap pool, and kid’s pool. Why bother going to the beach when you can experience all of this at Life Time?
William Hamilton (5/3/25, 5:56 AM):
Exceedingly pricy, but I must say the amenities are top-notch. I thoroughly value the additional perks offered in contrast to more budget-friendly establishments, such as numerous pools and hot tubs, towel service, premium showers and locker rooms, a variety of classes catering to all levels, and so forth. It exudes a sense of luxury.
Juan King (4/29/25, 7:33 AM):
This establishment is quite dear, and regrettably, the lavatories and changing rooms are no longer being properly maintained. Additionally, the music volume is excessively high, to the point where even noise-canceling earbuds are not sufficient to mitigate it. I made a request at the reception to lower the music, but they provided a feeble excuse stating that they were unable to adjust the volume. It seems to me that they intentionally play such loud music to discourage patrons from lingering. This has left me feeling extremely let down. The quality of service in relation to the fees charged is subpar!
Laura Lee (4/26/25, 2:52 PM):
I popped in for a quick tour. The utter lack of interest in providing good customer service or showing any appreciation was a clear indicator of the kind of experience one might expect here. It's quite evident that they see members as mere numbers due to their size. Not quite the level of service I would anticipate from a club that labels itself as luxurious in both title and cost.
Matthew Butler (4/26/25, 6:17 AM):
I don't have any issues with the gym itself and the staff are quite friendly, however, my boyfriend and I are paying over $300 and it seems like the locker room and gym space are always overrun with underage children causing chaos. I usually try to go late to avoid this situation as it appears that the staff wants the gym to be more kid-oriented. Despite this, on my most recent visit at 10pm, there were multiple staff members in the locker room who didn't address the issue. There was a 3-year-old child who screamed non-stop for 45 minutes, and then the mother left her infant unattended on the other side of the locker room while she focused on her skincare routine. The child was screaming and trying to rummage through my belongings, while the mother was preoccupied looking at herself in the mirror. Additionally, there were several teenagers taking photos in the sauna while I was using it with a towel. This was just one night, but similar incidents seem to occur almost every time I visit. It appears that basic manners are not expected or enforced by the staff. It would be beneficial if they enforced a rule requiring anyone under 18 to use the family-only locker rooms.
Philip Foster (4/25/25, 11:24 AM):
Lovely establishment! Plenty of space, a wide variety of classes, impeccably tidy. They offer an indoor lap pool, a relaxing leisure pool, and a bubbling hot tub. Luxurious locker rooms equipped with showers, toiletries, a jetted hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The outdoor pool area is fantastic, featuring a lap pool, a fun leisure pool with a slide, and a hot tub. The pool facilities are expertly managed. The staff at the club is exceptional. There is also an on-site spa offering massages, hair services, and more.
Ralph Edwards (4/23/25, 8:46 PM):
What a fantastic session with Kathy Fuentes!! Absolutely adored it!!
Tyler Gray (4/22/25, 5:14 PM):
I've been here for nearly 3 years now, and my experience has been mostly positive. For those young adults who prioritize fitness in their lives, I would say it's worth the $130-ish per month to join this gym that offers just about everything. If they provided more free classes, and if Alpha didn't dominate the 3rd floor during peak hours, it would be even better. Also, I've noticed the dressing room getting increasingly messy over the past year. Nonetheless, I really enjoy this place.
Sarah Walker (4/22/25, 7:56 AM):
Cheeky staff, cheeky manager, and outrageously pricey for a solitary day pass to the pool. $130 for just one afternoon at the pool! Do they need a reminder that they are a gym in Framingham? We're not some fancy rooftop pool in Manhattan, it's quite embarrassing really. Time to tone down the attitude, folks.
Bradley Ford (4/19/25, 2:04 PM):
I take all of Kathy's classes, mate. She really hypes you up and helps you push through those sets, you know?
Dylan Clark (4/18/25, 6:31 PM):
I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment! The reception staff here display a noticeable rudeness and arrogance. Upon losing my belongings and seeking assistance from the front desk, I was subjected to humiliation and deliberate delays. While the front desk staff appeared cordial towards others, their behavior towards me led me to question whether racial bias played a role. One cannot help but wonder if Lifetime is hiring individuals who harbor racist tendencies.
Billy Ramirez (4/17/25, 3:09 PM):
Kathy, Colleen, and Kayla are absolutely brilliant! 🩷🩷🩷🧘🏼♀️💪🏽...
Layla Kim (4/14/25, 8:32 PM):
This establishment once had a family-friendly vibe, but that seems to have changed. It's quite rough now. If you don't mind shelling out a significant amount each month so your kids can use the facilities while hearing foul language all around, then this might be the spot for you! The staff doesn't seem concerned about providing a pleasant experience for families. Farewell, Lifetime!
Carol Howard (4/14/25, 3:19 AM):
This gym is absolutely splendid and truly offers everything you could ever desire if you don't realize it. For example, in most gyms, I would only focus on weightlifting, but here I have numerous options such as boxing, swimming, enjoying the hot tub, cycling, practicing yoga, playing squash, getting a haircut, joining running sessions, and much more. It's truly fantastic when you consider that it consolidates all your gym needs in one place with top-notch equipment that I haven't seen at other gyms. The staff is excellent and friendly, and they definitely strive to cater to your health and fitness requirements.
Ruth Parker (4/12/25, 2:41 AM):
There are so many fantastic elements of this gym that I absolutely adore. One major highlight for me is the Arora program tailored for individuals aged 55 and over. The sense of community that has blossomed (and continues to flourish) is truly delightful, and much of this can be attributed to Shayna, who leads the Arora program. Shayna puts in an incredible amount of effort to ensure our satisfaction and organizes activities that we find enjoyable and beneficial. She is also a superb Hydro (water aerobics) instructor who pushes us to reach and surpass our perceived limits. I must also give a big shoutout to Mariama, who is hands down the finest pilates instructor I've ever had, Sandy, a dynamic Hydro (and more) instructor, and Renee, who is truly outstanding. I have to stress that all of the instructors at Lifetime are exceptional.
Christian Perez (4/11/25, 10:11 AM):
This gym is absolutely brilliant! Clean and inviting. There are countless classes available throughout the day. There's plenty of room to exercise and all the staff members are incredibly friendly.
However, in recent months, fees have increased without prior notice. People are constantly FaceTiming in the cardio and weight areas. Really!!!! I truly appreciate the staff, but I don't see any of them making rounds on the gym floor, even occasionally when they're not busy.
