Most places 'ave a steam room or a sauna, but 'aving both and multiple Jacuzzis as well as a warm and cold pool is absolutely top-notch. Absolutely adore the fact that they 'ave yoga outdoors when the weather cooperates. A truly splendid gym, keep up the brilliant work.

I must say, I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. Despite being a member, I continued to be charged the full amount for my membership, which was a minimum of $159 per month...EVEN during the pandemic!

I have been paying the full price for months with no discount offered. And now, they have the audacity to increase it to $179 per month! It was already quite costly, and now they have decided to raise the fee even further. How thoughtful of them $$$$

If you chaps close the basketball court, that's just jolly well lame.

I'm actually a member of Lifetime in Miami and stopped by while on my travels. This spot has a few cool features like the full basketball and squash courts, lap pools etc that I'm not accustomed to.

But, let me tell you, one thing that really threw me off was the sauna. It's usually one of the highlights of my day and a great way to unwind after a workout, but this was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. In my usual studio, it's peaceful, dimly lit, quiet, and everyone is there to unwind. Here, all the lights were on (?) it seemed a bit grubby, and EVERYONE was chitchatting at a regular volume! Personally, I find that off-putting enough to make me reconsider joining a studio.

Super grateful to be back in my home studio, enjoying the peace and quiet of the dark sauna as I write this 😅

I 'ave been a member of this gym for nearly 3 years now. You can find just about everything you need at this place. I tend to frequent this spot for squash. They 'ave an outdoor pool, which is a real treat to enjoy in the summer. They also 'ave an indoor pool for folks of all ages. Overall, it's me favorite gym in Massachusetts because I can find everything I'm after here. If you're looking for a top-notch experience and to make the most of your time, this is the spot for you.

(We were fortunate to have a guest pass for the outdoor pool which is why this review is succinct). From the moment you step inside and are warmly welcomed by the receptionist, your experience commences. The establishment itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers an array of amenities. The locker room is spacious and equipped with secure lockers, showers, towels, and toiletries. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are generously sized, inclusive of zero-entry access, hot tubs, and a strong emphasis on safety (which, as a mother, is paramount). There is ample space to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating, umbrellas for shade, and sun loungers. We also indulged in lunch; the children's menu was a hit, and the adult menu salad was superb. The iced coffee was a delightful touch. Overall, we all had a wonderful time, and I would dare to say that this place has everything one could ask for.

I absolutely adore it. The facilities are top-notch and the staff is superb. Nowhere is flawless, but whenever there have been any issues, they have been incredibly attentive in addressing them.
The personal training is absolutely fantastic.
I've been training with Kyle Smith for around two years now. He's been outstanding in accommodating my injuries and tailoring my workouts to my specific requirements.
At 53 years old, I'm in better shape now than I was at 33. I highly recommend training with the PTs here. It's a worthwhile investment. If you stick with the workouts, you're bound to see results and enhance your quality of life.
Kevin Powell (4/2/25, 9:54 PM):
So it happened that I forgot my belongings locked in the locker. A few days later, I returned to the gym only to be informed that all lockers had been cleared out and any items found were kept in a "room." Upon inspecting the "room," I discovered a box with all items lumped together, and to my dismay, my belongings were missing! This included my $300 Beats headphones, as well as cheaper items like my gym belt and a small bag. Everything had simply vanished! I felt let down as I had expected better service from a gym that charges $170 monthly for supposedly exceptional service, which I clearly did not receive on this occasion.
Deborah Reyes (4/1/25, 1:43 AM):
Like many other reviews, dealing with Life Time to cancel your membership can feel like an uphill battle. Once you've signed up, it seems they expect you to stay a lifetime, true to their name. Unlike canceling an apartment lease where you might need to give notice in advance, this gym seems determined to keep you paying indefinitely. I once paused my membership while traveling overseas, only to find it had been restarted without my consent.

Starting payments is easy – you don't even need to be present or inform them. But stopping payments? That's where the real challenge begins, and it can drive you as mad as they please.
Jonathan Bailey (3/31/25, 5:41 PM):
I 'ave been a member for a few years and it 'as kept me consistently working out. I train with Tara twice a week who is brilliant and 'as 'elped me get so strong. And I absolutely adore the barre classes with Kathy and Kim!
Donald Reyes (3/31/25, 7:07 AM):
I absolutely adore Lifetime Gym! The staff is just brilliant. The aqua classes led by Shayna are absolutely fantastic, she's truly amazing and I hate to miss her sessions. The yoga manager Kayla is like a ray of sunshine, spreading positivity even when she's not leading a class. Sandy is always lively and interactive, making every session enjoyable. The Arora program creates such a lovely community, and I've made so many friends through it. If you're into pickleball, you'll absolutely love it. Such a fantastic group of people. Lifetime has truly become like a second home to me.
