The best gym I've ever experienced. There are plenty of diverse spaces catering to a variety of fitness requirements. The separate women's weight section for added privacy is top-notch. The staff are welcoming, and the facilities are kept immaculately clean.

I have been a member of this fitness center since 1996. It is the sole gym that provides a comprehensive full-body workout. The aquatic section is absolutely fantastic. I adore this fitness center. Every time I visit, they treat me like royalty!

The gym is absolutely amazing, mate! I was over the moon to discover they've got some cracking indoor racquetball courts. If only they'd offer a pay-as-you-go option for a game of racquetball, rather than just the monthly membership. I live a good hour away, so it's a bit of a tough sell to cough up for a monthly fee when I can't pop in all that often.

I absolutely adore this fitness center. My neighbors used to throw parties here, and indulging in the snowcone stand was always a delightful experience. However, I haven't had the chance to explore the snack bar yet. This place holds sentimental value for me as I spent my childhood swimming here whenever I missed swim practice. The ethos I imbibed from this place is that there is always space for growth and improvement, and it would be unwise not to strive for it. The tougher the challenge, the more rewarding the outcome for all of us. I regret not coming back here sooner.

With a bounty o' pools, a plethora o' gym equipment, a multitude o' group classes, saunas for relaxation, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and even pickleball...not t' mention the fine fare and beverages available! This establishment truly has all ye could be needin' for yer fitness journey. Arrr!

One of, if not the finest athletic clubs in the United States in my humble opinion. I truly adore this establishment. Back when I resided in Lafayette some 14 years ago, I absolutely adored this place. Just overlook all the older gentlemen who opt to dye their locks pitch black in a feeble attempt to woo a young, vibrant Cajun lady. Simply complete your workout and relish the amenities, and you will undoubtedly appreciate Reds.

Olympic power racks, 150lb dumbbells, combine facility, chilly plunge, indoor and outdoor pools, and the list keeps on going.

All you could ever want and the service is top-notch as well.

I have been frequenting Red's for a while now, and I must say, I've been a fan of it since day one. However, my only gripe lies with the ladies who work in the food section. They can be quite impolite and often fail to greet customers, not even a smile in sight. Today, one of the ladies completely ignored me as I placed my order. She was too busy counting money and didn't even acknowledge me or offer a simple thank you or wish me a good day after carelessly throwing my receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me. Overall, a very poor display of customer service.

The top-notch sports club in the city. Incredibly amicable staff, top-tier instructors, a plethora of classes, fantastic equipment and amenities, multiple pools (heated, outdoor, indoor, cold plunge, hot plunge, children's), and courts (indoor and outdoor tennis, basketball, pickleball, racquetball), boxing ring, and much more. Simply superb, and a very reasonable membership fee :-)
Plus, they're broadening the entire women's division! Kudos to Red!

I have been frequenting Red's since my middle school days! It has always been a fantastic spot for me and my mates to chill in a safe environment. Now that I'm back as a grown-up, I still can't get enough of it. Red's provides a wide range of options suitable for individuals of all ages!

Red’s is a gym with top-notch facilities and ample room for a solid workout. However, the issue lies in the fact that there is a persistent problem of women facing assault or harassment at this gym, and the higher-ups are turning a blind eye to protecting the victims. Their priority seems to be shielding their elite Lafayette buddies rather than ensuring a safe environment for all members. Due to this, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will not be investing any more of my money in this gym.

I've been a member of this fitness center since 1996. It's the ONLY facility that provides a complete full-body workout. The aquatic section is absolutely fantastic. I adore this gym. Each time I return, they pamper me like ROYALTY!
