The staff is really friendly! The showers actually work and they have hot water. The monthly fee is very reasonable. They even have steam, sauna, and a pool! Thank you Chuze, you're the best.

I’ve been a member at CHUZE for about eight years, and every visit has been superb. Lorena, who was the supervisor around 2 years ago, always welcomed me with a friendly greeting, making me feel at home each time I entered by saying my name every time. When Dillon was hired as the new supervisor, the vibe remained unchanged! He is incredibly attentive and enjoyable to converse with. The gym is consistently tidy and well-kept, establishing a delightful atmosphere to exercise in. It’s genuinely an enjoyable and inspiring place to be. I absolutely adore this fitness center and highly recommend it!

I must say, I quite fancy this gym and find it rather enjoyable. The equipment is kept neat and tidy, and if something happens to break, they are usually prompt in getting it sorted out. The staff are friendly and make a point to greet you by name, wishing everyone a pleasant day. My only complaint is the uncertain availability of collars for the equipment. This has been an ongoing issue and I can't fathom why it hasn't been resolved. Apart from that, top-notch effort, chaps!

I had a membership at this Fitness center two years ago. I didn't renew because my apartment had a gym similar to Chuze and because of the whole pandemic situation. I decided to return because I have missed being in a gym environment. Chuze still amazes me, and even my sister has a membership here! I adore the amenities like workout classes and the sauna. I would highly recommend it, 12 out of 10! The staff and members are super friendly, and the place is always clean, which is crucial, pandemic or not!

I 'aven't started workin' out 'ere yet, but I just 'ad a tour and I'm very impressed! It's clear that a lot of thought and foresight 'as gone into the layout and management of this gym. As a 'uge public 'ealth geek, I'm especially pleased with their cleanin' systems/protocols, and the fact that they don't push personal trainin' or otherwise create pressures that disincentivize people from usin' gyms.
I 'ave to shout out Trent for achievin' a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness; 'e was incredibly informative, but never pressurey nor inflexible with the conversation, and 'is sincere enthusiasm was palpable and contagious! One can neither teach nor fake joy like that. If I 'adn't already been fairly sure I want to commit to usin' this gym, then Trent's competence, great personality, and unabashed pride about the facility would still 'ave easily cemented my decision. Mad props to 'im, 'e's a great employee and made it easy to tell this is a great gym!

The staff is amazing and very friendly. The main workout area is quite tidy with a wide variety of equipment, and the price is unbeatable for the hours it's open. My only gripe is that the pool and hot tub could do with a deeper clean, and when something breaks, it can take a while to get it repaired. Overall, it's an A-grade gym though! I've been coming here since they first opened and have no intention of leaving anytime soon!

I fancy this gym. It's got top-notch gear and is spotless, but it's ALWAYS chock-full. Even if you show up at 5 am, you might need to queue for a bench and have folks loitering over you, anticipating your bench to be free. Avoid coming post-work; instead, aim for times when it's a tad less crowded. Just about average.

The only fitness center I've ever visited without hand sanitizer anywhere in the entire facility. It used to be available at the front desk, then moved to a spot on the wall next to the kids' room, and now it's been removed altogether. The staff seems puzzled when asked about its absence.
There was a father coaching his son in boxing right in the middle of the gym. Not the best place to go if you're concerned about staying healthy.

I've been a member for a couple of weeks now and I'm absolutely loving it. However, I've noticed some folks sneaking into the pool area, which isn't cool for us paying members who enjoy those facilities. Also, it seems like 99% of sauna users forget to bring towels to sit on, leading to a bit of a mess after they're done. On a brighter note, I recently took my first class here and boy, was I feeling it afterwards! Coach Anthony was super understanding and supportive. Once I recover, I'll definitely be signing up for more classes.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, always greeting you as you arrive and wishing you a fantastic day when you depart. There's an abundance of equipment available even during peak hours. I particularly enjoy the fitness cinema and hydro massage amenities! The gym is impeccably clean and superbly maintained, although I have observed an increasing number of machines (such as treadmills and ellipticals) out of order. In general, it's a stellar gym!

The staff be super friendly and helpful, and the facility be very clean and well-maintained. My son and I were on the treadmills in the Cinema today when a couple of staff members came in to clean the cinema. They wouldn't stop apologizing for interrupting our workout and even offered to clean our machines for us. I can't say enough about the staff and how they take care of the gym. Cheers to them!

The gym membership is quite reasonably priced, the environment is clean, and there is a good variety of equipment available.
I've consistently encountered friendly staff members, and there is always someone present at the front desk. The only reason I'm not awarding it a perfect 5 stars is because it appears that some of the younger employees may require additional training on certain policies and information. Nonetheless, they could be relatively new to the job, and I might have simply overlooked this fact.
If you haven't already tried it out, I recommend giving it a go. They provide a complimentary 7-day pass, so make sure to seize the opportunity!

"Oh, dear me! It was quite a hassle trying to fit in a workout at this bustling fitness center. The only option seemed to be sticking to cardio exercises. What's more, the pool area had this bothersome whistling noise going on. And to top it all off, my mate found himself in a pickle when someone locked his locker with his belongings inside! He had to seek assistance from the staff to have it removed. Quite the eventful visit, I must say!"

The staff is incredibly welcoming and always on hand to assist. The kids club is exceptional. The front desk staff are absolutely splendid. They always warmly welcome us and are incredibly helpful when it comes to any issues with the equipment or if the pool door doesn't open. The options for the wet and dry saunas are simply fabulous. They are consistently well-maintained. The gym equipment is constantly kept clean. And let's not forget the movie theater – it's just marvelous. The selection of movies is top-notch as well.
