Dreadful gym. The management displays racism and the staff is discourteous. I sincerely hope they do not reopen elsewhere. I suggest going to Planet Fitness for a better experience.

My best mate loves going to those body pump group classes and can't stop talking about how brilliant they are and the top-notch instructors. I was all set to sign up for a membership as I'm moving near her, but then I got wind that a few of the instructors have downed tools because the owners haven't been paying them for months. After hearing all this, I've decided against getting a membership there. My mate even showed me messages from the owner canceling memberships when folks raise concerns about the situation, which left me gobsmacked. Can't stand behind businesses that treat people in such a shoddy manner!

I did cancel my membership in the spring, but I was still charged for two months plus an extra fee. I reached out to the gym in June to straighten out the situation of them mistakenly charging my account. The owner is now involved, yet they can't seem to locate a cancellation form. Isn't that something? It's absolutely absurd that a member of the front desk staff at a gym with just one person working out can misplace a single piece of paper...but this is genuinely the most unprofessional gym I've ever had to deal with. I sincerely hope I get my money back someday. Until then, I suppose I'll have to file a report.

This gym 'as been my 'ome for the last 3 years. I wasn't really pleased with it until recently. The new owners/management/staff are excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. The new configuration of the gym is 'ands down the best it 'as ever been. The cleanliness is top notch. Feel free to come see for yourself this gym will not disappoint !!!!

This gym is owing thousands of dollars to its staff and instructors. They have not been paid for months and their pleas are being ignored. It is high time they are reported to the GA Department of Labor!

I just signed up as a new member, I was a member before when it was known as Momentum and it was dreadful managed and absolutely disgusting. The new owners have totally transformed the place, it is now incredibly clean and the equipment is very well looked after! I am extremely impressed with how it is now!

The utter lack of professionalism from the lady at the front desk is absolutely shocking. (I can tell she's new) I've been a member at this gym for 6 years longer than the owner and his employee. The disrespect she showed me felt like that of a disgruntled spouse.

I've brought at least 9 of my friends to this gym and they have all become members over the years.

I've spoken with the owner a couple of times (Jim), but if he's fine with his employees behaving this way, then I'm at a loss for words.

Overall, you can get a decent workout in if you don't mind them randomly charging your card extra fees and dealing with rude staff.

Don't bother arguing with the staff, just walk away as they seem to lack any intelligence.

I 'ave been workin' out in this gym for near 'bout 6 years now, and I can't bloomin' well believe 'ow much progress 'as been made in just a few short weeks. It's like an entirely new facility! When you swing open the door, it smells fresh as a daisy instead of smellin' like a dirty sock. The loos stay spotless, the floor is vacuumed, and the tunes 'ave changed! Absolutely chuffed with what they've done, can't wait to see more changes at the local gym.

Whenever I pop in to see my mate, he always takes me to this gym for a workout. It's a jolly good gym, quite cozy and doesn't make you feel out of place no matter your fitness level. If I were a local (I'm from Texas), this would definitely be the gym I'd fancy joining instead of one of those big chain gyms. Cheers!

The staff is quite rude. No one seems adept at answering queries except for the owner, and you have to wait for them to respond to your call. I canceled my membership, yet I was charged for a full month on the 1st even though my membership was canceled on the 2nd. It feels like a scam. Furthermore, the gym lacks proper ventilation and cleanliness.

The problem with this gym, like many others, is the ongoing issue of payments. I was a loyal customer who paid on time for 15 months, but I had to cancel my membership in November. Despite this, I am still being charged in March, 4 months later. When I spoke to the manager tonight, she warned me that if I stop the payments, she will report me to the credit agency. My advice would be to invest in your own equipment and work out at home. These gyms can be quite shady businesses.

Update: I have just been billed a $69.99 renewal fee. It seems like they will keep charging me until the bank intervenes.
