A splendid gym with lovely owners, you know. But trying to cancel your membership can turn out to be quite pricey, and reaching the owners to do so might take a good amount of time, you see. We left "MULTIPLE" messages on their phones over the course of weeks to cancel, but never did they return our calls. Come the following month, they went ahead and charged our bank account for another month's fee, can you believe it? I advised my wife to drop them a message on Facebook, and finally, they got back to her. Only to inform us that we needed to provide them with a month's notice to cancel the membership, without any possibility of getting a refund. It had been nearly a month of NO RESPONSE from them in our attempts to cancel the membership. Pretty dodgy if you ask me. I'm just editing my comment here because of the employer's response and the fact that Google won't allow me to reply directly. The refund should account for the fact that we were completely ignored for almost a whole month. If you're saying that our cancellation process started with my wife's initial phone call, then that month was almost up. Yet, you still went ahead and charged us for yet ANOTHER ENTIRE month. And you expected us to simply drop off the keys we paid 10 dollars for at "Anytime," whether you were present or not. Furthermore, I was NEVER informed about needing to give a 30-day notice to cancel, and in reality, you couldn't even provide me with a receipt for my transaction until much later. Legally speaking, you wouldn't have a leg to stand on in terms of the lack of returned calls which are clearly documented on our cell phone. And if it's a discussion of legality you want to have, kindly show me where I signed agreeing to a 30-day notice before or, even better, after my wife updated my membership status to a family one. This gym, let me tell ya, it's the absolute best I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Doesn't matter what time o' the day it is, this place is chock full of fantastic folks ready to lend a hand, give you a push, and steer you towards reaching your goals. The owners are top-notch and I'm thrilled I made the decision to start going to Hansons Fitness back when it was just a wee little gym. Now, they're bigger and better than any other gym I've been involved with, no doubt about it.

I absolutely adore this gym, it's an amazing spot to get your workout in with some really great folks. The owner is extremely friendly, and his wife runs a fantastic shop next door selling smoothies, protein shakes, and all kinds of goodies - it's just awesome! I highly recommend this place, it's probably one of the best gyms I've ever visited. They have CrossFit equipment, personal training, health plans, dietary advice - you name it, they've got it all under one roof. Whether you're a hardcore bodybuilder, powerlifter, CrossFitter, or simply into functional training, they've got you covered.
