I 'ave 'ad a jolly good experience with the staff every time I pop in the gym! They 'ave a top-notch selection of products and merch (including the ABSOLUTE BEST protein powder). It’s always spotless and the other gym attendees are splendid as well! The owners and staff play a significant role in the gym and it’s marvelous to feel the sense of family and community there! I always feel welcomed and at ease 'avin' a workout. I absolutely adore this gym!

I would absolutely recommend X Gym! They have such a diverse range of equipment and machines to cater to your fitness goals. The staff is super friendly and readily available. The gym is spotless, secure, and the prices are incredibly fair. At X Gym, you won't be bothered by the usual distractions found at other gyms, allowing you to concentrate entirely on making gains! I've noticed amazing progress in my lifts since joining - I can't recommend it enough!

I've been frequenting this gym for a couple of years now, and it's been absolutely splendid. It brings back memories of the compact gyms I used to visit during my time in the Corps. The equipment is well-kept, although I did notice a couple of treadmill malfunctions that took a few weeks to get fixed. One suggestion I would make is to include another power rack for more room to do squats and deadlifts. Or perhaps I should give the Pit Shark a try, haha. Nonetheless, I'm thrilled to have this gym nearby and curious to see what the future holds for X.

My husband and I are quite fond of this gym as it's on the smaller side and offers a good deal of convenience compared to other places. However, after being members for about six months, I'm starting to wonder where exactly those $30 annual enhancement fees are going, as I haven't noticed any new equipment being added. It may just be me, but despite seeing some new faces around, I'm not seeing any new gear. This raises a legitimate question in my mind. I always thought enhancement fees were meant to improve the equipment, but all I've seen so far is a name change and some new shirts and swag. There's still a cracked wall mirror that's been taped up and not fixed, broken handles on some treadmills, and equipment seats with tattered covers that have only been replaced. And what's the deal with the ellipticals sometimes not being turned on? I understand the circuit breaker might trip, but this seems to happen way too often. There's also a wonky treadmill that shakes when you run on it, and another treadmill that occasionally just stops working in the middle of a workout, which could be a safety risk. Despite all this, I still think it's not a bad gym overall.
Update:
We were hit with another mid-annual gym enhancement fee a while ago, but two treadmills are still out of order, one of the treadmills is still shaky, and the last one is quite noisy when in use. Besides the new seat covers that I mentioned earlier, I haven't seen any other significant improvements made to the gym. It's a bit frustrating to keep paying these enhancement fees without seeing much actual enhancement happening.

My husband and I have been loyal members of this gym for a couple of years, and we absolutely adore the convenience of the 24-hour access! However, we have been rather disappointed with the upkeep of the facilities. It's quite challenging to muster the energy to wake up at 3:30 in the morning, make our way to the gym, only to find that the key fob isn't functioning properly. It has become a game of chance whether the door will open or not. There is a sign displaying two phone numbers to call in case the key fob fails, but alas, neither line ever seems to be answered. At this point, we are left waiting for someone to notice us and grant us entry.
Several cardio machines have been out of commission for months now, which could be acceptable if the gym had a larger selection to choose from. We truly believe that this gym has great potential; it has a cozy atmosphere, a chance to meet wonderful people, and a staff that is exceptionally friendly. However, we are reaching a point where the monthly membership fee and maintenance costs may no longer be justifiable.

I've been coming to this gym since 2014. I stuck by the gym through covid. My main issue is that the owners are never around. The place is in disrepair. The men's restroom is often out of order. The equipment is frequently broken. The main entrance isn't secured at night. There are no renovations or new additions. Despite this, I'm still being charged for new equipment. On top of that, the owners never respond to calls.
