I was absolutely looking forward to the grand opening of Unrivaled, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Frederick is saturated with mediocre commercial gyms, but this one is a game-changer! It's a gym fueled by the community, boasting top-notch equipment and reasonable pricing. And can we talk about the TSS combo rack? I've only ever seen one in such prime condition down in Texas!

Initially, I found myself a bit overwhelmed by the multitude of machines and equipment, but as time has progressed, I have developed a genuine fondness for this establishment! Unrivaled boasts state-of-the-art equipment and exudes an air of utmost accommodation. Despite the bulging discs in my neck that once hindered my ability to perform squats, I am thrilled to report that with the aid of the Pit Shark and other contraptions at Unrivaled, I can now partake in squats once more! The cleanliness and maintenance of the gym are impeccable, with the equipment being systematically arranged. Moreover, the arm and leg apparatuses are conveniently separated into their designated sections, thereby aiding in the optimization of my workout routine.
Undoubtedly, the highlight of Unrivaled is Heidy! Over the course of nearly a year and a half under her guidance, I have witnessed a remarkable transformation within my physique. Heidy’s vast knowledge, skill set, and boundless patience never fail to impress me. What truly sets Heidy apart is her unwavering commitment to ensuring that I achieve my fitness objectives and continuously challenge myself. When I walk into a gym, I am not interested in generic equipment with a brand name slapped on it; I want top-notch machinery that will challenge me to push my boundaries. This gym is like a paradise for fitness enthusiasts. From the Pit Shark to the Pendulum machines to the versatile resistance profiles, it's nearly impossible not to have an intense workout session.
What sets this place apart is the attentive and receptive owners who genuinely care about their customers' feedback. Early in the morning, you'll see seasoned competitors and professional bodybuilders training alongside middle-aged mothers, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere where everyone is cheering each other on. There truly is no other gym like this one. I can hardly wait for their expansion plans to come to fruition, bringing in additional equipment like the Dynavec Gluteator, Reverse Hyper, and more turf for us ladies eager to enhance our lower bodies.

In the short time since I penned my initial review, the gym has already introduced a Reverse Hyper machine! This just goes to show that they value their patrons' input. Deserving of five stars!
