I absolutely love having everything I need to stay healthy and feel good all in one place. It's just so convenient! However, it would be great to have some black mats between the showers and the dressing area to prevent any slips or falls. Also, I'm not a fan of having to constantly show my tanning goggles - I mean, I bought them and I always have them with me! But besides those minor issues, I really do enjoy my time at Planet Fitness and would definitely recommend it to others.

For the price, it's an absolute steal. There's a wealth of equipment for working out every muscle group and then some. They've recently introduced more free weights too, which is a great addition.

Customer service is absolutely dreadful... I was inquiring about my account and the bloke informed me that I needed to go to my home location, which was all well and good, but I had additional questions about my account and he simply sauntered off as if I were insignificant... how impolite! I shall not be recommending the Moss Street location due to this discourteous young man.

I was working out at home with some equipment I have, however, with the weather being so cold and just miserable, I decided to check out this gym...wow, I was impressed by everything they had to offer at such a low monthly rate, plus you can bring a guest! Everything for any kind of workout needed, massage chairs and beds, even tanning, all come with the monthly rate. I'm so glad I decided to join! The staff is friendly as well, eager to answer any questions or assist with advice.

It's all tidy and the folks are friendly. Nonetheless, their heaviest dumbbell is a 75-pounder while their heaviest barbell is around 70 (perhaps 60) pounds. They lack squat racks, have only Smith machines, no deadlift setup, and no bench press or incline benches. Suitable for light training sessions exclusively.
Despite promoting a non-judgmental atmosphere, those who approach workouts with intensity are indeed assessed. There are explicit signs conveying this sentiment.

It seems that buried in the fine print, if you opt for the $10 monthly rate (in addition to a $35 initiation fee and $39 annual fee), you are also committing to a 12-month agreement. While the facility is pleasant and the staff are friendly, Planet Fitness is falling short of the unique standards they once prided themselves on for being different from other gyms. Be sure to carefully review the contract so you are fully aware of the terms and conditions.

When I laid eyes on the gym from the outside, I must admit I wasn't too impressed with the location. However, once I stepped inside, I was taken aback by the sheer size and cleanliness of the facility. The equipment is quite modern, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that nearly every machine comes in pairs - they have it all! I couldn't believe how affordable the membership fee was. A big shout out to Caleb for giving me a tour and conducting himself in such a professional manner. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest gyms I've had the pleasure of visiting.

There are some right cheeky folks that pop by this gym spot... you could be pumpin' iron with the free weights, and then outta nowhere, some bloke just waltzes up, doesn't even bother to ask if you're using them, and swipes 'em like it's his right. Then they cart them off to another part of the gym, leaving your weights abandoned on the ground... Or people hop on a machine and couldn't be arsed to give it a quick wipe down after they're done, just stroll off without a care in the world. Proper rude behavior, ain't it? And to top it off, this place ain't open all hours... Some folks finish work late and can't make it 'cause they've shut shop, forcing them to trek across town when they live right next to this gym. Outrageous, I tell ya!
