Lamorinda CrossFit is a smashing gym with a jolly good bunch of friendly folks. Everyone is ever so supportive of our fitness journeys, and the workouts are top-notch designed. I reckon it's not so much about competing with other members but more about giving our personal best and seeing progress. I've been part of this gym for around 3 months now, and it has been a splendid addition to my weekly routine. I certainly feel stronger and fitter, no doubt about it.

I simply cannot express how wonderful Lamorinda CrossFit truly is.

I've always been active, but recently felt my exercise routine was becoming rather dull. Then, two years back, I stumbled upon LCF. Being someone who thrives on competition, I adore the structure of LCF classes and the fact that each workout yields tangible results that allow me to monitor my progress. The genuine care and motivation from the coaches push me beyond my previous limits. I've discovered that progress comes in unexpected forms and ways. Exercising with friends in such a supportive environment is an added bonus.

To all those residing in the East Bay or just passing through, I wholeheartedly suggest giving LCF a try. It's truly a remarkable place!

I popped in last Christmas and had the jolliest time! The friendliest bunch of folks I've ever met, they included me in everything. They even showed me how to do snatches and rope climbs! The coaches really know their stuff and are so committed and lovely!!! If I lived closer, I'd definitely sign up!!!

Bloody brilliant CF Gym with a jolly good group of chaps at all different levels of fitness and experience. I've been popping in regularly for the last 6 years and I absolutely love the trainers, welcoming atmosphere, and workout plans. It may not be the toughest gym around, but you can easily adjust most workouts to suit your preferred intensity level. I would highly recommend it, and the recent remodeling has added even more fantastic space and equipment. Cheers!

This CF Gym boasts an amazing community, with a diverse group of athletes at different fitness levels and experiences. I've been a regular attendee for about 6 years now and I absolutely adore the coaches, welcoming atmosphere, and training programs. It may not be the most hardcore box around, but it offers the flexibility to scale most WODs to suit your preferred level of intensity. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially since the recent remodeling has introduced fantastic new space and equipment.

I absolutely must recommend Lamorinda gym. Their mobility classes have really helped me progress, and the running classes were a game-changer for me. Finally, I could enjoy running pain-free! Daniel's pre-run techniques were so valuable in my learning journey. All the classes are top-notch! Sadly, I had to change gyms due to work being too far away. Cancelling was a breeze, and everyone treated me with such respect. It's a truly amazing community.

The coaches/owners and the camaraderie of the people that work out here are what make this gym the best. The coaches truly care about your goals and will do whatever they can to help you achieve them. The workouts are challenging, but everything is adaptable for each individual and their skill level.

It's been a week and I absolutely adore the coaches and the classes.

They are incredibly attentive and prioritize proper form, emphasizing the significance of pacing your routine to avoid injuries for a lasting impact. As someone who hasn't exercised in 6 years, this was crucial to hear and witness.

They also offer a diverse range of classes centered on cross fit training, weight lifting, and running techniques. A one-stop destination for all things to propel you forward on your fitness journey.
