Orangetheory is a smashing workout that combines a finely tuned fitness programme with top-notch coaching, all crammed into a one-hour session that will leave you feeling magnificent and triumphant. The cherry on top is that you can partake in this at various locations, and it's consistent across the board, so you scarcely have an excuse to skip out!
Alexander Gonzales (3/30/25, 11:52 AM):
Kevin is a fantastic trainer. I really enjoy his choice of music.
David Gonzalez (3/30/25, 5:24 AM):
The most smashing one-hour workout in the land! OTF is absolutely addictive, with its high-octane energy, bang-on music, and top-notch workouts.
Laura White (3/28/25, 4:34 AM):
Marvelous energy, splendid individuals, fantastic workout. The lone grievance I have is that all OTF studios ought to possess paper towels in the showers. I perceive that many of them lack a dispenser for holding them or simply don't place them in the showers. It would be beneficial if, upon exiting the shower, there was at least a paper towel available for drying up any excess water.
Stephanie Butler (3/26/25, 8:52 PM):
Impressive workout and a top-notch team!
Bryan Fisher (3/25/25, 8:42 PM):

Aaron Stewart (3/25/25, 12:18 AM):
Fantastic group of coaches and a top-notch, convenient facility. Don't miss out!
Daisy Cruz (3/23/25, 10:10 PM):
I hopped on board with OTF in Lafayette a couple of months back, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute blast! The coaches are totally top-notch, always there with a friendly smile and heaps of support. They really keep me on track and focused on nailing those proper techniques.

I've never been big on hitting the gym scene, but the vibe here and the staff just make it all so enjoyable. And the fact that I'm local to Lafayette makes it even sweeter – always a breeze finding parking nearby.

On top of my Martial Arts practice, OTF is giving me that extra oomph I need, especially when I blend it with my trusty kettlebell sessions at home.

Angela, Hunter, and Sean? Oh, they're absolute gems as coaches – you gotta give 'em a visit!
Timothy Harris (3/23/25, 2:28 AM):
The staff is absolutely charming and welcoming. I quite appreciate how the trainer is incredibly meticulous when demonstrating and explaining the routines to the newcomers.
Carl Green (3/22/25, 7:20 AM):
I was really looking forward to joining this gym because it seemed like just what I needed to get back in shape. However, all that changed when I attended my free class. No one gave me a tour or explained anything to me. I felt so awkward. The instructor was impatient and rude. I had no clue what exercises to do or how to do them. I felt like a total idiot. Others in the class had to explain everything to me, making me feel like I was interrupting their workout. I ended up leaving before the class ended because I felt so defeated. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to come back. They really should offer a beginners' class for people like me so we can actually understand what's going on. I'm relieved I didn't join without trying it first.
