This is by far the top-notch training facility in the Northeast. Every piece of equipment is in pristine condition and has been meticulously chosen. The gym atmosphere with fellow members creates a strong sense of community. And the coaches are unmatched - they are highly knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, and are truly dedicated to each member's goals. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about health, fitness, and/or strength training. 10/10!

I recently became a member of the Boston Barbell community and it's truly a fantastic environment to be a part of. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, but what's most important is their dedication to helping me reach my fitness goals. I work out with Emma, who always takes the time to ensure my form is correct by giving me useful cues. I'm excited to see how much progress I'll make here and in my powerlifting journey.

The quality of the services and attention to detail doth surpass aught else thou shalt find.

The diversity of skills and knowledge amongst the staff permits any individual to enter the gym and have a coach who shall be a perfect match.

I've been a member of Boston Barbell for around 2 months now since my previous gym shut down for renovations. I really enjoy the morning classes as they fit perfectly with my work schedule. The coaching at Boston Barbell is top-notch, with great attention to detail and helpful adjustments and cues that have enabled me to tackle lifts I used to shy away from. My core strength has improved significantly, along with my mobility and confidence in lifting heavier weights. The back pain that was bothering me when I first joined is slowly fading away - massive props to the Boston Barbell team!!

I can't express how great Boston Barbell and the coaches are. The facility is top-notch, and Coach Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He pays close attention to your form, even in a group class. You won't feel like just another face in the crowd here, unlike some gym classes I've been to. I highly recommend it!

The team is consistently amiable and supportive, offering a wide array of equipment to accommodate diverse workout regimens. My trainer, James, was particularly instrumental in guiding my programming and assisting me in reaching my fitness objectives. His expertise in powerlifting and athletic training not only enhanced my performance but also bolstered my confidence in the gym. The only drawback I found at Boston Barbell was occasional overcrowding due to limited space, a common issue among many gyms. In summary, Boston Barbell stands out as a top-notch gym with exceptional staff and justifies its price tag, a feature not often found in other fitness facilities.

I 'ave been poppin' into Boston Barbell for a couple o' months now, and let me tell ya, it's been a right ace experience! I decided to sign up 'cause I needed some accountability to keep me goin' with me workouts, and this gym 'as got it all: 24/7 access, showers, top-notch gear, and a tight-knit powerliftin' crew that keeps the vibe and dedication pumpin'.

I kicked things off with some 1:1 coachin' sessions with John to nail down me form and avoid any pesky injuries. 'E's got the smarts, the charisma, and knows the perfect balance between pushin' ya hard and lettin' ya catch yer breath. Thanks to 'im, I'm feelin' proper confident in me progress. This gym is absolutely brilliant, I must say! If you're ever in need of a top-notch massage therapy session, Ana is the one to see. Her technique is simply outstanding, and she has a knack for honing in on those troublesome spots with finesse and expertise. Ana goes above and beyond to grasp your specific requirements and tailors the session for optimal results. I cannot recommend her enough!

As an endurance athlete gearing up for an ultra running event, my training intensity is no joke. With a key focus on minimizing the risk of injury, Victoria's expert guidance has not only helped me to build strength, but also ensured I maintain proper form during heavy lifts, keeping me safe and strong. Boston Barbell ain't just any ol' gym for sweatin' in; it's a spot for growin' in so many parts of your day-to-day life. Since I hopped onboard nearly a year back, I've picked up loads 'bout meself and coaching, with Chris and John steerin' me in the right direction as I set off as a Personal Trainer.

This joint ain't just about top-notch coaches givin' ya 1:1 attention; they also run a bunch o' group sessions like Women's/Men's Functional Strength classes and even a Glute class. They also offer massage therapy which is BLOODY AMAZIN'; James and Ana are top-notch at what they do, makin' it a grand addition to the gym!

Boston Barbell boasts the finest vibe and workout spot in the area, and mark me words, you won't find better!

I 'ave been attendin' group functional trainin' sessions at Boston Barbell since July and so 'appy I found 'em. Not only is it a 24-hour gym for members but the gym is so CLEAN, tons of equipment and an aesthetically pleasin' design might I add! They offer 1:1 trainin', and both women’s and co-op functional trainin' group sessions at numerous times throughout the day, several days a week. John, Chris, Ashlyn and Victoria are the BEST. They’re extremely knowledgeable and I trust 'em tremendously. Lookin' for a sick gym w tons of cool and resourceful people? Look no farther than Boston Barbell in Billerica, MA

I've been a member at Boston Barbell since July 2021 and I regret why I haven't known this awesome place earlier! The facility is amazing but what sets this place apart from others are the coaches. Chris, the owner and head coach, is incredibly knowledgeable and designs workouts based on your goals and needs. He is by far the best and most professional coach I have ever encountered. Boston Barbell is just on another level!

BB greeted me warmly from the moment I stepped through the door. When I attended the open gym session, I immediately noticed the strong sense of community that BB has fostered. The incredible support that everyone showed each other played a significant role in my decision to become a member.

The programming is fantastic. The coaches (Shoutout to John & Dean) are truly unrivaled in comparison to any other gym. They have provided me with guidance during workouts and have even offered feedback on my form through videos I've sent them when I couldn't make it to the gym.

I popped into BB on a weekday evening to have a look-see. The gym was buzzing with energetic young folks, the sound of clinking weights, and lots of cheering. I observed for a bit. Then, this impressive, powerful lady positioned herself beneath a massive barbell on a rack, lifted it onto her shoulders, and proceeded to drop into a deep squat! I felt so proud of her - I was almost moved to tears. However, I must admit that these individuals were not like me – I was a 66-year-old woman recovering from a serious leg injury, wondering if I would ever walk normally again. Two years ago, I decided to start personal training twice a week. Initially, I trained with Meghan and later on with Chris. The training has been top-notch – I gained the mobility and strength I was aiming for without any injuries, which can be a concern at my age with less experienced trainers. I've also had sessions with other BB trainers occasionally, and they have all been exceptional. The atmosphere at the gym is inspiring and supportive, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, whether you're a fragile retiree or a powerlifting pro.
