I absolutely love the classes at Prepare for Performance. As an adult who competes in sports, I find the classes to be quite challenging and the trainers are great at helping you select weights that make each workout tough yet achievable. Julian also has connections with massage therapists and nutritionists that he can recommend to you. The comprehensive exercise routines and nutrition regimen have helped me gain muscle mass while losing fat. I particularly appreciate the fact that the classes are limited in size, allowing for a more personalized experience, but there are still enough participants to motivate each other to complete the sets and have an amazing workout. I've known Julian for a few years, and even back then, he was guiding us youngsters on how to perform and play effectively. I've been working out with Julian for about 5 months now, and I must say, he's been absolutely fantastic from the get-go. He really takes the time to grasp my fitness goals and pushes me each session. Julian is mindful of my limitations and never pushes me beyond what I can handle, but he definitely pushes me hard enough to achieve the results I desire. Since I started training with him, my strength, speed, and form have all seen significant improvements.

I've been attending Prepare for Performance for roughly 3 months and I must say, I am quite pleased with it. The coaches really push me to give my all and I am able to truly concentrate on enhancing my speed and strength. I can already see a significant improvement, as can my basketball coach. My ability to move around the court and play defense has notably improved since I joined their summer program. I also feel more prepared for the upcoming fall field hockey season, which kicks off in a few weeks. I am confident that I will be quicker and more impactful on the field. The program hones in on enhancin' speed, agility, and overall strength, and we've already begun to see results. 'E's so keen on it that 'e's convinced two mates to come along fer trainin', and 'e'd be there even more if 'is schedule allowed. The folks runnin' the place 'ave been top-notch, and it's clear they're invested in 'elpin' the young ones achieve their full potential. Julian is a total pro in every way. I approached him with some specific fitness goals in mind, and after an initial assessment, he dove right in.
