Zachary is me 16 year old autistic son. This place 'as been absolutely lovely in 'elping Zac 'ave a great experience takin' taekwondo, somethin' that ain't easy for 'im because of 'is extreme issues with noise, people and ruckus. It 'as been a tremendous therapy for 'im and 'as brought 'im so far! It’s been amazin' to watch the positive changes in 'im!!! THANK YOU so much Next Step Martial Arts!

We've been part of the Next Step family for almost 3 years now. My kids absolutely adore their martial arts classes, and I personally enjoy kickboxing. It has brought such a wonderful and healthy transformation to my life. The classes are extremely enjoyable, and the instructors are top-notch. I find myself missing it when I'm unable to attend.

CONFIDENCE. SELF-ESTEEM. TEAMWORK. Just a few of the valuable lessons imparted to students at NEXTSTEP MARTIAL ARTS. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and supportive in an engaging manner. The classes are filled with plenty of smiles. ENCOURAGEMENT and POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT flow freely from both the staff and fellow students.
There is a strong sense of camaraderie among students and staff, as well as between more seasoned practitioners and those who are still learning the ropes.

I 'onestly 'ave the most respect for Mr. Jay and 'is business. I got the privilege to 'ave a chat with 'im one on one and 'ear about 'is experiences and journey to where 'e is now. As well as share our love for books and self improvement. It was also really awesome to get to practice with Miss Julissa as well as 'ave a chat with 'er about 'er journey into martial arts. It is truly amazin' what you do Mr. Jay! To give such a beautiful message to people of all ages, and 'elp them love and be proud of themselves is truly admirable as well as remarkable! I hopped on board with NextStep in August 2021 to whip myself into shape and pick up some new tricks. The instructors over there are top-notch! Mr. Jay, Miss Julissa, and Mr. Chuck are incredibly skilled and always sharing their wisdom with us students. They've got plenty of patience during training and keep us motivated every step of the way. They push us to improve but manage to keep things fun while we're at it. And let me tell you, the classes aren't just for the young'uns. We've got all sorts in there, from wee ones aged 3 right up to senior citizens like me. Whenever I'm having a rough day, just walking into the studio lifts my spirits because it feels like being with family! Joining this martial arts crew at NextStep was one of the best decisions I've made. Thanks a ton, NextStep!!

Throughout the years, I've had the pleasure of meeting wonderful individuals and have significantly developed as an individual. Next Step is absolutely brilliant! They are simply lovely people, so friendly and fantastic with the little ones! They are constantly aiming for perfection in their training. The absolute best! I adore the curriculum, commitment, and parental engagement! Thanks to the curriculum, my son has grown in confidence and self-esteem. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

We 'ave three lovely children who 'ave only attended one class so far and will be goin' back for more. Our 8 year old lad, after 'is first class, said 'e absolutely loved it and can't wait to return. Our 9 year old lass said she felt right at 'ome and liked 'ow everyone 'elped 'er join in. Our 11 year old boy said they 'ave loads of patience for us newbies. Jay and Chuck make me kids feel right welcome and are 'elping them come out of their shy little shells. We're chuffed with NextStep and will be keepin' our children in classes. Cheers!

I attend cardio kickboxing classes at NextStep, and my daughter is currently studying TKD. I really can't express how much I appreciate this academy! I truly love my workouts, the wonderful people I've met here (both staff and fellow students), and witnessing the growth of my daughter, not just physically but mentally, through her training. We have been part of the NextStep community for around 18 months now. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to join a martial arts school!

Master Jay and 'is staff are absolutely fantastic! My son 'as been a member since January and 'e 'as enjoyed every bloomin' minute of it. Within weeks we saw an improvement in 'is discipline, focus, and patience. We highly recommend NEXTStep, top blokes!
