I must say, I'm not particularly fond of exercising, but since working with Eric at Crossroads to Health, I have seen remarkable results. Over the past 4 years, Eric has provided me with encouragement, motivation, and education. I have never felt more energized, stronger, fitter, and confident in my appearance. Spending 2 to 3 hours a week with Eric has been truly beneficial - he is incredibly motivating and delightful. I have tried numerous diets and exercise programs, but this is the only one that has actually delivered results. And did I mention that my sleep has also improved? I cannot express enough how beneficial this program has been for me!

I 'ad an amazin' experience wiv Crossroads to Health in the last 6 months. I 'ad been tryin' to solve a long steady weight gain but I just couldn’t tackle it on me own. Finally, one visit to the doctor’s office (and a 6.9 A1C) gave me the nudge I needed to take action. I signed up for the 6 month package and the results were astounding. Eric looked at me eatin' and exercisin' patterns, and wiv thoughtful monitorin' and coachin' I was able to kick start meaninful exercise and weight loss. The key for me was bein' more mindful of what I was eatin' and when; the frequency of eatin' and watchin' what was on me plate.
