I was on the lookout for a new gym to replace my old one and wanted a place that offered a mix of strength training, cardio, and nutrition support. Ross Fitness has exceeded my expectations! I have taken part in group sessions - both strength training and metabolic workouts. I feel more powerful and have greater endurance than I have had in years. Kyle makes sure the workouts are challenging yet achievable, so you feel accomplished but also know you put in the effort. He keeps things fresh by changing up the routines daily, so we never get bored of the same old thing. He always explains why he pairs certain exercises together in a sequence. I've been seeing Kyle for just over a month now. I have three little ones, with my youngest being 7 months old. I honestly didn't believe I could ever get back to where I wanted to be. I was feeling disheartened at home, but then I decided to join Ross Fitness, and I will never skip a session. In the four weeks I've been there, I've lost a total of 3 inches overall. I 'ave been trainin' wiv Kyle from Ross Fitness for about 20 months and it’s the best move workout - wise that I ever made. Our daily workouts consist of weight training, 'igh intensity training, all preceded by a thorough warmup. The small group classes are great - plenty of equipment to go around and personalized attention from Kyle no matter 'ow many people are there. I’m in a class rangin' in age from mid 20s to 60 ( me). Our group includes anywhere from 4-10 people depending on the day and people’s schedules, but typically we 'ave about 8 or 9 people show up. It’s a great workout! I’ve dropped 30 pounds net ( including the 10-15 pounds of muscle that I’ve added). You’ll be glad you called Coach Kyle! - Mike Noeth - Ayer MA

Back in 2012, I had a lightbulb moment. After transitioning from a physically demanding job to a desk job, I packed on nearly 100 lbs in just four years. The reality hit me like a ton of bricks when I caught sight of myself at a St. Paddy’s Day event, utterly repulsed. I began monitoring my calories, going for walks, and shed some weight solo. Nonetheless, I realized I needed a substantial lifestyle change to sustain this progress. Hence, my quest for a personal trainer began.

I 'ave been workin' with Kyle for about 4 months, and 'ave been very pleased with the results. My primary goal was to regain lost strength due to some injuries related to years of 'orseback riding. I 'aven't felt this great in many years! Kyle motivates and encourages but is also attentive to making sure I don't overdo it. He's very knowledgeable about nutrition and training methods, and the gym is well equipped. He's also a great person, very personable and loves to laugh. I never thought working that 'ard would be so much fun - but Kyle makes it 'appen.

The folks in the group classes are absolutely fantastic too, delightful to be around and incredibly positive. I have been attending Ross Fitness for about a year and a half, and at 40 years old, I am the strongest and have the best range of motion ever. This comes from someone who has practiced martial arts, rock climbing, cycling, hiking, trail running, and more for many years.
