I trained with Mark, the owner, many moons ago. However, after falling off the fitness wagon and packing on the pounds, I reached out to Total Health and Exercise for assistance last year. Mark set me up with Tyler, who is an exceptional personal trainer. He's youthful, full of zeal, and incredibly engaging as he guides me through rigorous yet manageable workouts that leave me feeling accomplished without rendering me immobile the following day. Each session is customized to target different muscle groups while providing a comprehensive cardiovascular and strength challenge. The facility is immaculate, consistently pristine. It offers a more intimate setting where you needn't worry about dressing to impress or dolled up - everyone is laid-back with their sole focus on fitness. Lovely folks, fantastic establishment.

I must say, this gym is absolutely splendid and Mark Schmukal is an absolutely marvelous personal trainer. I've been training with him for years now. He does a brilliant job of keeping me in tip-top shape, and our sessions are always enjoyable and invigorating. The gym itself is impeccably clean, roomy, and equipped with all the necessities. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark or Total Health and Exercise!

My partner and I have had the pleasure of training with Austin Amante, and let me tell you, he is absolutely brilliant! He has this relaxed vibe that isn't at all intimidating, and he really motivates you to crush your fitness targets. Austin has this way of pushing us to our limits without going overboard. We've already started noticing some serious gains after just a few months, and we're hitting new personal records with every session thanks to his expert guidance. His understanding of the human body is top-notch; he even pinpointed an issue with one of my hips that I hadn't noticed before. Since then, we've been focusing on improving the mobility and strength of that hip, all thanks to his keen eye.

The gym itself is spotless and offers a diverse range of equipment.

Are you prepared to achieve your objectives?! Caleb D is the trainer who will guide you on your fitness journey. With Caleb's assistance, I have successfully lowered my overall body fat and gained muscle. It's not as straightforward for a man in his forties to get back in shape. Caleb is consistently devising ways to enhance my diet and incorporate exercises outside the gym. He stays in touch with me even when I'm not at the gym and ensures that my gym sessions are both challenging and enjoyable. I 'ave been trainin' wif Stephanie Mola for years. At first, I decided to work wif 'er to improve me strength fer the Triple Bypass bike ride (that's a whoppin' 120 miles wif 10,500 feet of climbin'). In me first two years, I completed the ride in about 10 'ours. But after trainin' wif Stephanie, me time dropped to 8.5 'ours the next year, and me personal best of 7:15 minutes after two years under 'er tutelage. I also got meself fit enough to complete the Double Triple a grand total of 5 times! I'm quite driven when it comes to me workouts, but 'er trainin' 'as truly changed the way I approach 'em, and for that, I'll always be grateful. I 'onestly believe that if I 'adn't worked wif Stephanie, I would never 'ave been able to achieve all that I 'ave. Cheers to 'er expertise and dedication!

I was lucky enough to cross paths with Cari at the gym. I've worked with various trainers in the past, but she truly stands out as the best, hands down. She manages to keep our sessions engaging by introducing new exercises and ensuring my form is spot on. Her wealth of knowledge is apparent, and the workouts are tough... I couldn't have asked for a better experience or trainer.
