This gym and facility are absolutely fantastic. MK is just a gem – so personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend it highly enough! I've been training with MK twice a week, concentrating on upper body strength and core work on Mondays, and lower body strength and core on Fridays. Yesterday's session was phenomenal! MK seamlessly integrated lower body strength training, cardio, and core work, leaving me happily spent but feeling so healthy and strong.
