I absolutely adore Thesis, and particularly my personal trainer Melvin! When I initially began at Thesis, they put in a lot of effort to pair me with the right trainer for my specific needs, which was no easy task. I used to be quite the athlete, but during the height of the pandemic, I fell into an extremely sedentary lifestyle - one might even say "inert." I also developed some health issues (reflux) that made my initial workouts quite painful. However, Melvin stuck by my side and helped me brainstorm ways to modify and adjust the workouts to fit my current situation.

Thanks to Melvin's guidance, I managed to decrease my body fat from 18% to 14% in just the first few months. My workouts are enjoyable, challenging, and no longer trigger any reflux problems. I look forward to going to Thesis and discovering what Melvin has planned for me each time!

The gym itself is exceptionally clean, well-equipped with all the necessary gear, and always has a positive atmosphere. I see individuals at all levels of their fitness journeys at Thesis, and everyone is met where they are and guided towards their personal goals. I would highly recommend Thesis DC and particularly my trainer Britinni to anyone seeking assistance with strength training. I was in search of a trainer because I kept hearing about how women tend to lose muscle mass and bone density as they age, and how beneficial it is for women to engage in lifting heavy weights. Through DEXA scans, I had actually noticed that I was gradually losing muscle mass. Since I lacked experience in weightlifting and didn't want to risk injury, I made the decision to enlist a trainer.

I have now been training with Britinni for 9 months, and I couldn't be happier with the results. During our initial meeting, she took the time to understand my goals and then devised a workout and nutrition plan tailored specifically to help me achieve them. Britinni pushes me to exceed my limits, encouraging me to lift more than I believed I could. While she challenges me to work hard, she also makes our sessions enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to them. Additionally, she assists me in staying on track with my eating habits and exercise routines outside of the gym, offering advice on how to maintain progress even during vacations or breaks from my usual routine.

Crucially, I have witnessed significant improvements from working with Britinni. I feel stronger, others have noticed the changes, and my most recent DEXA scan reflects remarkable progress compared to the one prior to starting the program - within just 3 months, I had already experienced fat loss and notable gains in lean mass/muscle.

Aside from my training with Britinni, the gym itself is outstanding - it's clean, well-equipped, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. On occasions when Britinni has been away, I have trained with others (Woody, Anthony, Evin, and Trevel), who were equally fantastic. The gym exudes positive energy and is exceptionally well-managed.

I have been working out at Thesis with Ori (the owner) for more than two years now, and I can't praise the trainers, the gym, and the community they've built enough. Initially, I was concerned about finding time for personal training due to my busy work schedule. However, after just a few weeks, my workouts at Thesis became a top priority, and I gradually increased the number of sessions each week. I now train four days a week and eagerly anticipate each session.

Thesis has had a significant impact on my well-being. I have never felt better. I have shed weight, gained muscle mass, improved my sleep, and overall feel much healthier. For those who are competitive, the gym offers a platform to challenge yourself and your peers. I 'ave been goin' to Thesis for o'er 3 months and the gym an' trainers are absolutely amazin'. The equipment is top notch an' the facility is always very clean. I look forward to the trainin' sessions every week.

I train with Quentin an' I can not ask for anythin' more from a personal trainer. From Day One, 'e understood my goals an' put me on a trainin' an' meal plan that I can consistently keep up with. For the days of the week that I do not go into Thesis, Quentin gave me great at 'ome workouts to do with my own personal equipment. In addition, Quentin adapts the trainin' schedule if I am travelin' for work or 'ave an injury/sickness. I 'ave seen tremendous improvements in my strength since trainin' with Quentin an' I feel great.

I highly recommend Thesis for anyone lookin' for a first class experience to achieve their fitness goals!

My experience with Thesis and my personal trainer, Nate, has been absolutely brilliant! It had been a while since I had been to the gym and I was a bit nervous about getting back into it. However, my initial meeting with the gym’s manager, Sean, really put me at ease. He took the time to get to know me personally, as well as my fitness and nutrition goals. And then he introduced me to my incredible trainer, Nate.

Nate met me at my current fitness and nutrition level. He created a meal plan that suited my lifestyle and is always willing to make adjustments when I’m traveling or during the holidays. Since I started training with Nate, I feel stronger, more confident, and I'm well on my way to achieving my fitness goals. He really pushes me to do my best but always offers positive and helpful advice. Working out with him is actually enjoyable, something I had never experienced before, and I always leave the gym with a smile on my face. I can't speak highly enough of Thesis, especially with trainers like Nate on their team.
