Came in with a dodgy back and a knackered tendon in me elbow. Walked out feeling like a whole new bloke! Would definitely give 'em a thumbs up!
Amy Allen (5/16/25, 12:54 AM):
Dr. Razaq is an incredibly dedicated individual when it comes to her patients. She always displays great attentiveness and takes the time to listen to each patient's specific needs. Undoubtedly, she stands out as one of the top doctors in the Charles County area. I highly recommend everyone to schedule a consultation with her, as I am certain you will share the same sentiment.
Charles Robinson (5/15/25, 3:30 PM):
As a collegiate athlete, I've encountered numerous injuries that I feared would prevent me from participating in sports again. After experiencing two hamstring tears and a partial tear of my lumbar paraspinals due to an old vertebrae injury, Dr. Razaq successfully treated all three injuries. Initially, I had doubts about the possibility of a permanent solution given the swift procedure, but I was pleasantly surprised and reassured. I was able to resume my daily activities and return to the sport I adore. In addition to receiving top-notch care, I was greeted by a compassionate staff. Their genuine concern for my well-being matched my own, leaving me completely satisfied.

A massive thank you to Dr. Razaq and the Staff!
Eric Roberts (5/15/25, 8:33 AM):

Christian Moore (5/15/25, 6:04 AM):

Barbara White (5/13/25, 5:33 AM):
Lovely folks. I feel quite lucky and thankful to have ended up collaborating with them. Dr. Razaq, in particular, is absolutely fantastic.
Virginia Parker (5/9/25, 12:19 PM):
I've been having this ongoing discomfort in my right knee and tennis elbow for the past 4 years. I've tried yoga routines, daily stretches and therapy, as well as acupuncture, and though they provided some relief, it was only temporary. I couldn't even pick up a coffee cup because my elbow would ache.

Dr. Razaq suggested a more detailed therapy regimen after noticing weakness in my rotator cuff and restricted movement in my wrist. During an ultrasound, she identified a tear and showed me what it should look like. I decided to go for platelet-rich plasma therapy for my tennis elbow. It was painful for about a week and required a few more weeks of rehab, but since then, I've been able to lift things again. Dr. Razaq was also kind enough to address my knee issue at the same time, and the stiffness is now gone.

The best part was that she took the time to listen and observe. The last time I visited a doctor's office, I only got a ten-minute appointment and wasn't even examined. I'm glad I came to see Dr. Razaq.
Amelia Hamilton (5/7/25, 2:05 AM):
Dr. Razaq and the team are right proper accommodating (for my busy schedule), helpful, and kind.

I would have fancied to see in my medical records a list of the particular ligament tears that Dr. Razaq treated and have had an even more thorough examination of the joints that were bothering me, but I will always hop in my car and drive the extra 10 miles to this practice because she is THE BEST at treating me with PRP!
Keith Reynolds (5/6/25, 3:21 AM):
Dr. Razaq is absolutely brilliant, and the injections have been incredibly beneficial for me. The staff are lovely as well. I've been under her care for a number of years now. I would definitely recommend her services!
Ruth Morris (5/5/25, 4:35 PM):
Dr. M. Razaq has, without a doubt, been my savior for nearly a decade now. I haven't encountered another physician who truly grasps the essence of "bedside manner." She dedicates her time to ensure that you are at ease with the medical care and treatment plans tailored to your needs. I've presented a complex case to handle, yet Dr. M. Razaq has embraced my mobility challenges and administered PRP treatments and other knee injections along with therapy to alleviate walking pain while enhancing certain aspects of independence and quality of life. I've not hesitated in recommending her to my siblings, friends, and colleagues because she genuinely prioritizes the well-being of her patients.
Katherine Ford (5/3/25, 12:18 AM):
The Surgical Side is just brilliant, I must say. The Doctors and Staff are simply wonderful, real genuine individuals.
When it comes to the doctor's side, you've got some top-notch physicians in there. The receptionists, on the other hand, can be a bit of a bother. Once you get past them, though, you're all set.
Danielle Bailey (4/29/25, 3:28 PM):
Raziq and Perry were quite rude and condescending, I must say.
Thomas Hill (4/28/25, 11:50 PM):
The receptionist do belittle you. They shout at you, refuse to listen to you, and when they are reported, their attitudes are hostile next time you visit.
The receptionist intentionally intercept messages, and fail to pass on messages to the doctor, leading to patients not receiving pain medication.
Receptionist caused me pain by not getting my pain medication.
The doctors schedule appointments (2) days after your prescription has run out, causing you to endure 2-2 1/2 days of severe pain, making it very difficult to reach the doctor's office, obtain a prescription, and go to the store to pick up the medication.
Doctors decline to switch your medication when pain surpasses the effectiveness of the medication you have been taking for years to another stronger medication.
By the time you sit down to speak with the doctor, they have already sent your prescriptions to pharmacies. They even send the wrong prescription, leading to an additional 2-3 days for the doctor to correct the mistake. Once again, enduring days of extreme pain.
In conclusion, they never offer apologies. You are put on the back burner. They make you endure suffering in pain, DUE TO reporting the receptionist for insubordination.
Be prepared to be spoken to disrespectfully, and go days without pain medication.
They are VINDICTIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Ryan Lee (4/28/25, 1:34 PM):
It ain't easy to find a doctor who truly cares 'bout your well-being. Dr. Razaq's got a genuine concern for people, and you can feel it from the very first time you meet 'er. I reckon her as my friend, not just my doctor, and she's helped me keep my pain under control.
Noah Lee (4/28/25, 7:57 AM):
I was dealing with a back injury that almost put an end to my career in construction. I love my job so much that I can't picture myself doing anything else. Dr. Razaq has enabled me to continue working in my trade and stay focused while doing so. Whenever I face any other painful issues, she's always prompt in helping me resolve them, thanks to her expert knowledge. The staff at her office are just as professional and pleasant as she is. Thank you Pain and Wellness Center of Maryland for the fantastic service and support you have provided me. I highly recommend anyone looking for pain management to visit the Pain and Wellness Center of Maryland. DB
Martha Nelson (4/26/25, 7:36 AM):
Fabulous experience, wholeheartedly recommend as a great alternative to going under the knife.
Walter Phillips (4/24/25, 8:57 AM):
I 'ave been seein' Dr. Razaq for about the last year and I cannot recommend 'er enough, mate! Everyone I've interacted with at the practice 'as been wonderful and I really am improvin'!
Brenda Davis (4/22/25, 11:33 PM):
I've known Dr. Razaq for a good 8 years now, and let me tell you, she's absolutely brilliant!! She's always on point with the best advice and assistance. I wouldn't dream of seeing any other doctor! Dr. Razaq has truly made a positive impact on my life in countless ways. I can't thank her and the fantastic team enough. I'll gladly recommend Dr. Razaq to anyone, no doubt about it.
Paul Ward (4/22/25, 4:01 PM):
Dr. Razaq is truly one of the most empathetic, gentle, and compassionate doctors I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. She takes the time to thoroughly explain all procedures and techniques, ensuring that her patients feel at ease and trust in her recommendations.
Larry Kelly (4/19/25, 12:44 AM):
I highly do recommend Dr. Razaq and her team. I am truly grateful that a PT doctor suggested I pay her a visit, as the exercises from physical therapy were not quite helping to fortify my back. Dr. Razaq's recommendations for further imaging revealed a tear in my lower back and in a joint. It took 14 months, numerous doctors, various adjustments, and PT sessions before I could uncover the source of my nighttime pain. She is aiding me in my recovery and strengthening journey. At last, I feel like I am gaining strength and experiencing more restful sleep with her injections. I much prefer her approach over surgery or other temporary numbing injections. I believe this may very well be the future of orthopedic medicine.
