I popped by this stunning yoga studio last winter whilst I was on a tour, and it was an absolute delight. I participated in a morning class, and later in the day, I had the pleasure of joining one of the owners for a beautiful musical session. This experience truly warmed my heart and gave me a deeper understanding of the diverse range of activities this studio offers. From red light therapy to invigorating Cold and Hot plunges, as well as expert massage and yoga services, this place is undeniably remarkable. I am genuinely thankful for its existence—not only for myself but for the well-being of all those who are fortunate enough to engage in its services. Huge gratitude to Ben and Kendyl! You both are a true blessing to your community. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

I finally got the chance to pop by Ascend for the first time last week, and I left feeling humbled, grateful, and completely transformed. The experience was so rejuvenating for my mind, body, and spirit. As a mental health therapist, I understand the research supporting meditation and mindfulness practices. However, knowing about it and actually experiencing it at Ascend are two completely different things! I can't speak highly enough of Kendyl and her team. She and Lois led an incredible experience. They've created such a beautiful, meaningful practice here in Acadiana. We're truly fortunate to have them. Do yourself a favor and make sure to check them out as soon as possible.

We had such a wonderful time at the healing sound workshop at the Yoga studio, complete with yin yoga. The evening was full of community, connection, deep reflection, and intuitive movement guided by experts. It was truly delightful! Looking forward to returning soon. This was me first time visiting Ascend and it definitely won't be the last. I partook in the Soul Activation Experience led by Ben and Kendyl, and it was absolutely brilliant. Everything was spot on - the sound bath, the scents, the lighting, the atmosphere, all of it. Ben and Kendyl are so lovely and clearly dedicated to their craft. They gently walk you through everything you need to know. I highly recommend paying them a visit. If you're new to this kind of thing - like meself - and feeling a bit unsure about giving it a go, just dive in. You won't regret it, you'll be in great hands.

I had the pleasure of encountering the enchantment of this studio during the Women of the Jungle Retreat in Costa Rica. The leaders, the sense of community, and the enchantment that Kendyl, the owner, orchestrates must be encountered to be fully appreciated. I had the chance to partake in the yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and ✨community✨ offerings of this studio, and I can assure you that it's challenging to find a more soulful group dedicated to the welfare of their community.
