It's best to check accessibility options such as wheelchair-accessible entrance and wheelchair-accessible car park if needed.

Amenities Offered

It's crucial to read the fine print regarding the membership required policies to avoid unexpected fees.

Overall Verdict

While Crunch Fitness - Boise Black Eagle provides various amenities, including a sauna and an attractive atmosphere, member experiences can vary significantly based on staff engagement and facility maintenance. Fantastic ambiance and incredibly helpful staff, especially Brandon with his fabulous hair. I thoroughly enjoy my visits to the gym!
Alexander Lopez (4/15/25, 7:11 PM):
The Staff is absolutely fabulous, I must say. Brandon was incredibly helpful and provided me with some fantastic advice and tips. I've been hitting the gym for years now, struggling to discover fresh and effective workout methods. His expertise and passion for aiding others truly boosted my spirits. Moreover, he introduced me to innovative approaches for traditional exercises that have significantly enhanced my fitness objectives. More individuals like him are definitely required, as they truly make a significant impact.
Ryan Williams (4/14/25, 4:01 PM):
I've canceled my membership this month and I seriously doubt I'll ever return. The staff just seems to lounge around at the entrance or hole up in their office, glued to their phones. The areas with the sanitizing wipes on the weightlifting floor are consistently bare, and the trash bins often reach capacity by 7pm. The men's showers in the locker room reek of sewage, and the swimming pool has been off-limits for years. If you're considering joining this gym, I suggest opting for the basic package or looking elsewhere.
Riley White (4/9/25, 2:45 AM):
ANOTHER TERRIBLE CANCELLATION EXPERIENCE! Absolutely dreadful! Upon cancelling over the phone, they continued to charge me. When I inquired about this, they were incredibly rude and provided false information. They claimed my cancellation didn't go through because the person I spoke to had been fired. I followed up with an email to confirm my membership cancellation and explain what happened, only to have the manager deny any wrongdoing by his staff and argue impolitely. Despite my year-long contract ending, they kept charging me $50 per month thereafter. I strongly advise against this gym and will not return. I truly regret not checking reviews before joining. It seems all negative reviews revolve around unjust charges post-cancellation. Their customer service is abysmal, and the facility was consistently filthy.
Daniel Gonzales (4/8/25, 5:55 AM):
I've been coming here for a couple of years now and have never been let down. My supplement and educational requirements have always been well taken care of. Moreover, the pool at this location has just opened, so things are definitely looking up.
Carolyn Brooks (4/7/25, 2:31 PM):
I done signed up online and chose to pay with a debit card. When I visited the location in person I was told I would have to give my bank account information. I don't appreciate there is an option to pay by card online but told something else in person. I don't like paying by direct withdrawal. If this had been made clear on the website I would not have enrolled in a membership.

Also absolutely no information about the gym was given to me even though I said it was my first time in. No information about what my membership includes, amenities available etc. I was not asked if I had any questions.

There is a wide range of equipment but the locker rooms are pretty dingy and in need of repair. Also couldn't check out the pool on Saturday morning because it was being used for kids swim lessons. I see this place doesn't have the best rating and was willing to give it a shot but I think especially because of needing my bank info I will start looking elsewhere. Glad I didn't sign a contract and chose month to month.
Ashley Ortiz (4/7/25, 8:34 AM):
Actually, it was quite a challenge to make a comparison since it had been years since I last visited a fitness center. The staff were absolutely fantastic and took the time to patiently address all of my inquiries. The facility appeared to be well-maintained and heavily utilized, indicating its popularity. I had been contemplating utilizing my Silver Sneakers program at this gym and was pleasantly surprised by Crunch's extensive knowledge of it. They thoroughly explained all the details of their integrated programs, leaving me feeling well-informed. I've decided to activate my membership within the next month to get in shape for the upcoming summer season.
