Alyssa was absolutely brilliant in assisting us. Pristine facilities, never overly crowded, extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend!
Kelly Mitchell (6/1/25, 7:53 PM):
Great machines, not too crowded, would be even better if they had cable TV. Awesome deal for the membership fee.
Michael Peterson (5/29/25, 3:00 PM):
I wos a member at the Meridian location. The machines were always clean and everyone is super friendly. I hod to move and cancel my membership and they were extremely professional and kind about it. If I ever move back I will definitely go through them!
Nancy Cox (5/26/25, 10:12 PM):
Lovely and tidy. No queuing for machines. The folks are quite friendly.
Mark Bennett (5/26/25, 8:19 PM):
This gym is spotless and the price can't be matched
Lawrence Powell (5/24/25, 6:59 PM):
This gym is absolutely brilliant, I must say! Impeccably clean, incredibly affordable, outstanding customer service, no binding contract, and a plethora of equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you haven't joined yet, you're truly missing out, mate. I strongly recommend making the switch right away. Plus, their sign-up fee is so low, it's almost a steal at less than $20. Cheers to a smashing workout experience!

I just wanted to express my disappointment with your customer service. When my mom got the membership around 2 months ago, she was informed that she could occasionally have someone use her card to access the gym as long as it wasn't a frequent occurrence. This morning, she gave me the card as I wanted to work out. It's important to note that we haven't used the gym at all yet. I went to the gym, signed in, and the owner asked if my name matched my mom's. When I said no, he accused me of trying to sneak in. He then promptly kicked me out and stated that he didn't want me as a customer. If the owner had simply clarified the situation and allowed me to use the facility just this once, I might have considered becoming a member. However, after essentially being accused of theft, I will not be returning, and I'm certain my mom will cancel next month. You've lost a customer, and I will share this experience widely. For reference, this incident occurred at approximately 10 a.m. this morning at the gym on Fairview. In conclusion, I believe I could handle customer service better than the gym's owner, and I'm only 19 years old.

IFF is an absolute gem, I must say! It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner for all my gym requirements. This place has it all - pristine cleanliness, utmost accessibility, and a hassle-free sign-up process that got me up and running with my workout routine in no time. I can't recommend this gym highly enough, especially for those new to the fitness scene who may feel intimidated by the impersonal, corporate behemoths passing off as gyms nowadays. Rest assured, you won't find a better fitness experience elsewhere.
Mia Morris (5/22/25, 12:27 AM):
I do wish it were larger, but it is always well-kept and clean. Alyssa and Emily are simply the best!
Shirley Johnson (5/21/25, 12:21 PM):
The gym is quite grand, but alas, the equipment seems to be forever scarce unless one decides to pay a visit at an incredibly peculiar time. From 5 to 9 in the evening, each rack and bench is occupied for nearly the entire duration, on every single weekday...
Quite vexing indeed to find oneself in a gym that cannot cater to the demands of its attendees in terms of equipment availability.
One may have to consider switching soon. A fine establishment no doubt, but it appears they have outgrown their current location.
Kenneth Clark (5/21/25, 10:30 AM):
They went and updated all the cardio machines without a single warning. Such excitement I had (being able to log into your Hulu or Netflix account and whatnot), but then the elliptical felt rather strange and the touch screen isn't as user-friendly as I had imagined. Not in the mood to pursue a software engineering degree just to make sense of it. Quite disappointed, to be honest enough to consider changing gyms tbh 😫. Crunch is nearer to my place anyway.
Lawrence Cox (5/20/25, 7:44 PM):
My good sir and I recently joined the Boise establishment and were quite pleased with the splendid service and transparency regarding fees. I must express my admiration for the gym's practice of clearly displaying membership fees on both their website and at the entrance – I find it rather distasteful for gyms to require one to contact them or visit in person to discuss pricing agreements. In larger establishments like Axiom, membership fees can range from $10 to $35 per month, often leading to lengthy contracts and what one might perceive as unsavory business tactics reminiscent of pushy car salesmen. I grew weary of the tiresome "gym contract game," and IFF proved to be a most satisfactory remedy.
I am almost reluctant to extol the virtues of this gym too enthusiastically, fearing it may become overcrowded and lose its charm as a hidden gem. Nevertheless, my spouse and I are exceedingly content with our IFF membership.
Dennis Graham (5/19/25, 6:49 PM):
I absolutely adore Idaho Fitness Factory. The team is so lovely and they really keep the gym spick and span. They do a splendid job of maintaining and repairing equipment when necessary. It's never too bustling and unlike a lot of other 24-hour gyms, there's a wide array of equipment, including ample free weights, kettlebells, and a separate workout area. The gym really pays attention to their customers' wants and needs.
Walter Ross (5/19/25, 6:20 PM):
I've been a member at Idaho Fitness Factory for about a month now and I find it to be very clean and convenient. The young ladies who work there are always tidying up the place. They have a good selection of dumbbells, and I also make good use of the fitness class room. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Boise area looking for a clean, affordable gym that is open 24 hours.
Dylan Morales (5/18/25, 10:45 PM):
This gym is quite grand if you manage to arrive during off-peak hours. It's certainly too petite to accommodate the number of visitors it attracts. Unless you're dropping in around 11 pm, you'll find that most of the equipment is already in use.
Alice Hughes (5/16/25, 7:53 PM):
Cheers to the awesome Gym! It's spotless, practical, pocket-friendly, and never too packed! I've been part of the IFF community for 2 years now and having access round the clock is a real bonus, not to mention it's great value for money. The equipment is top-notch, and the staff are on point with keeping the gym tidy and in good shape. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
Melissa Mitchell (5/16/25, 1:33 PM):
Lovely gym, everything is tidy and well maintained with a wide variety of equipment! Excellent customer service as well! I highly recommend it to anyone in search of an affordable 24-hour gym.
Hannah Wright (5/11/25, 6:39 PM):
By 'eaps the best gym I've ever joined! I bloomin' love it because it doesn't 'ave the same vibe as a massive gym. It's cozy enough for ya to feel right at 'ome but big enough to 'ave all the gear and space you need. I fancy that it's proper affordable, open 24 hours, and ain't often packed. I'd suggest it to anyone in search of a new gym.
Larry Torres (5/11/25, 5:38 AM):
This gym is truly everything you could desire in a gym: spotless facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, helpful staff, superb classes, and more—all for about half the price of most other gyms offering the same (or less!).
With multiple locations in Boise, I've visited two of them, and the convenience is unbeatable. With 24-hour access using a card key, I haven't encountered a single problem in the nearly 6 months that I've been a member. I typically work out late at night, so I can't personally speak to the midday gym experience, but I have seen the gym bustling at that time, looking entirely in order and just as you'd expect from a top-notch gym.
If you're on the fence about committing to a gym membership or hesitant to invest heavily in something you're unsure about, this is the place to start.
I didn't award a fifth star because, like any business, there's always room for improvement. What that might be, particularly given the competitive price, is beyond me—perhaps overnight lockers? Whatever it may be, it's minor compared to the overall value provided here.
Jack Price (5/9/25, 3:01 AM):
I must say, this gym is absolutely spot on. I adore the spacious layout and the wide range of top-notch equipment available for use. It's fantastic how, despite the number of members, there's always plenty of room to focus on improving my health and well-being. Simply love it!
