I was in town visiting for a few days, you see. My daughter is already a member, so I popped into a couple of classes. The welcome was lovely and the coaching top-notch (I'm a newcomer to crossfit back home as well). If you're a local seeking a gym or just passing through and in need of a spot for a quick workout, this place is a fantastic choice, I must say.

Lovely box! I'm visiting from out of town and they allowed me to do some different exercises due to a competition I have next weekend. AND Coach Andy even came over and assisted me in improving my technique! Thank you for a fantastic visit!!
Sophia Smith (5/29/25, 3:36 PM):
I popped into Boise Crossfit for a week during my travels and it was just brilliant, I must say. Andy and Kelli were top-notch, so knowledgeable and friendly, and they really knew their stuff as coaches. Andy could handle both the competitive athletes and complete newbies (like my folks) with ease. He made sure my parents felt at ease and motivated them to start their fitness journey through crossfit. Boise Crossfit is home to some seriously talented teams and athletes, having qualified for the Crossfit Games and Crossfit Regionals. So, if you're a seasoned crossfitter looking for some competition, you'll find plenty here. The gym itself is top of the line, and the members were so welcoming and friendly, making sure to introduce themselves in every class I attended. Whether you’re passing through or a local interested in crossfit, I can't recommend Boise Crossfit enough.

I came here for a month while on a business trip. The classes are so much fun, the trainers have a great vibe and genuinely care about your progress. Even though I didn't join the classes and followed my own program, I was able to improve thanks to the advice from the trainers.
The gym itself is spacious and the equipment is top-notch. If you're in the Boise area, I highly recommend it! 😇
Vincent Ortiz (5/24/25, 5:53 PM):
I've been a loyal Boise Crossfiter since 2010. This place has a great facility, coaching, and community!
Dorothy Evans (5/22/25, 5:00 PM):
Top-notch gym, top-notch community. If you pop in, even during the Open, when gyms are at their busiest, and it's toughest to make room for non-members, they'll make you feel right at home. Definitely planning to swing by next time I'm in town!
Albert Patterson (5/22/25, 11:52 AM):
I 'ad been to several local CrossFit gyms before findin' a 'ome 'ere. The 'ead coach Andy is knowledgeable, honest and methodical. As an older athlete, I appreciate the time taken to make sure that I 'ave the movents down correctly and with an appropriate load to avoid injury. The facility is large and 'as a super convenient location. There is plenty of equipment to go around. A large diverse group of friendly, welcoming and fun people to work out with. Above all else my wife and I 'ave made a lot of great friends.
Ethan Perez (5/22/25, 2:28 AM):
I've recently moved to the area and scoured around for new crossfit gyms. In my humble opinion, this gym is hands down the best equipped in the vicinity. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable, I couldn't have hoped for a better place to kickstart this new chapter of mine.
James Edwards (5/20/25, 9:46 AM):
Top xfit gym in town, absolutely smashing coaches and a brilliant community vibe. The missus and I have been part of the crew for donkey's years. They're proper good at tailoring workouts to suit your level, you know.

Tremendous coaching and a warm community atmosphere. Crossfitters of all ages are embraced here. The gym timetable is very accommodating, and there's even childcare available during workouts. The facilities are pristine and carefully looked after. It would be quite a challenge to discover a superior workout spot.
Sarah Mitchell (5/16/25, 11:27 AM):
I 'ave taken 2 classes 'ere so far... and I will definitely be comin' back! Lovely facility with loads of equipment, knowledgeable coachin', and friendly folks.
Deborah Kim (5/13/25, 7:10 AM):
I 'ave joined Boise CrossFit 5 months ago, first time CrossFitter. Andy and the coaches (Chris, Dani, Ian and Jim) 'ave been doing an amazin' job makin' me feel 'ome and part of the team. They 'ave all along been payin' close and ongoin' attention, providin' me coachin' and tips to improve my technique, pushin' me to stretch meself but never askin' to go over me capabilities, insistin' on the form before the performance, etc. Which does not mean they let me get away with easy workouts. Like for anyone out there, I do suffer and sweat bullets - but that’s what CrossFit is all about in the first place, isn’t it? Boise CrossFit’s slogan is that they 'ave been buildin' better people since 2008. Even if I 'ave only been there for a rather short period of time, I can witness that this is what Andy and his team do. Both physically and mentally … I only wish I 'ad joined them much earlier 😊. Eric.
Dorothy Watson (5/12/25, 1:35 PM):
Andy & his team operate a fantastic Box, and I've thoroughly enjoyed attending and being part of the community. As someone who has been doing CF since 2012, I appreciate the Old School programming approach that embodies true unknown and unknowable challenges. I can't wait to pop in whenever I'm in town!
James Turner (5/12/25, 8:52 AM):
I popped into Boise CrossFit this morning during my work trip in Boise. Let me tell you, their facility is massive with a plethora of equipment! The coach was not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable, taking the time to work with each person individually. And let's not forget about the killer leg day workout they had planned today!
Carol Ford (5/7/25, 3:05 PM):
Fantastic facility with a warm and inviting atmosphere, top-notch trainers, and friendly members. During my stay in town for a few weeks, I thoroughly enjoyed participating in multiple classes. Andy and the team displayed professionalism, providing excellent feedback and coaching. I will definitely return in the future.
Ethan James (5/7/25, 11:12 AM):
Popped by during my Thanksgiving trip to Boise. This was my maiden voyage to the fresh locale. Coaching was top-notch as usual. The WOD included both a strength element and metcon. Definitely recommend swinging by while in Boise to experience the new Box!
Margaret Collins (5/5/25, 12:43 AM):
BCF has been me workout home for the last two years. I 'ad a 'ip flexor problem before startin' at Boise CrossFit and workin' on me squat form 'as really 'elped it become more manageable when runnin'. The coaches are knowledgeable and very friendly. The workouts are challengin' but you feel like you 'ave accomplished somethin' BIG before 7 AM.
