The classes are top-notch, and I appreciate the variety of options available. Step and Tone with Glay Adams and Zumba with Essie Bell are personal favorites of mine. The areas of the gym that I frequent are well-kept and tidy. The staff and fellow members are warm and hospitable. I've been a member of this gym for over a decade and have consistently had positive experiences. One minor suggestion I could offer is perhaps relocating the spin class bikes to a space outside of the group exercise room. The classes I partake in are quite popular, and moving the bikes elsewhere would open up some room for others to join in the sessions.

Absolutely splendid! The equipment is top-notch for targeting every muscle fiber in the body. The staff is incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.

However, there seems to be a minor inconvenience. There are only three clocks in the gym, which can make it challenging to keep track of time if one is not using the treadmill or focusing on leg exercises. It would be beneficial to have clocks in every area of the gym. Additionally, there are some sections where disinfectant and towels are lacking, creating a bit of a desert-like situation.

I must say, the gym equipment here is a bit outdated. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that the stair stepper had been recently upgraded. On the downside, the staff I have interacted with seemed to lack knowledge about which machines are in working condition and which ones are not. Additionally, they were not very informed about the products being sold at the gym.

I joined this gym while I was staying temporarily in Washington DC. Upon returning home, I realized they were still charging me monthly fees. When I contacted them to cancel, I was told it had to be done in person. Living eight hours away made this impossible.

They continued to deduct my fees each month until I could finally make the long journey back to DC. When I tried to cancel, they stated it had to be during the week between 9 AM and 7 PM, not on weekends. It felt like they were purposely making it hard for members to leave.

They mentioned I could send a letter by mail, but no emails were accepted. (Really, it's 2023!) When I asked about stopping payments through my bank, they warned I'd still owe money and might face debt collection.

This whole ordeal has left me with a sour impression. I advise against joining this gym due to their difficult cancellation process and unhelpful customer service.
