Mark Jenkins (6/6/25, 3:16 AM):
The gym has a wide range of amenities in addition to the workout gear. There's a pool, steam room, sauna, a basketball court, and more. While I didn't engage with the staff much during my visit as I was just a guest with my son, their warm smiles made me feel right at home. I'm considering getting a membership for myself so I can bring my wife along next time. On my first visit, I tried out the treadmill and enjoyed a session in the steam room.
Stephanie Wilson (6/5/25, 3:02 PM):
I'd say this gym deserves a 2-star rating. The staff is quite friendly, but the overall quality has declined recently. There are missing dumbbells and several bent barbells. Many machines require varying degrees of repair. The gym is always crowded with people not using the equipment properly, distracting those of us who are serious about our workouts.
Roy Cooper (6/4/25, 10:49 PM):
This gym is an absolute disgrace! There is dust all over the place, no one seems to be managing it properly. The restrooms are absolutely foul and don't even get me started on the wet areas! I prefer a more spacious setup, not crowded at all. It's frustrating that the staff don't seem to care about cleanliness, just lounging around and letting the place deteriorate. Management really needs to step up their game and start maintaining the facility properly!
Terry Murphy (6/4/25, 7:47 PM):
I've noticed that the Gym has been opening late quite frequently in the last few months. I did call to address this issue a couple of weeks ago, but it seems to be happening randomly. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership because I can't afford to deal with these inconveniences, especially when I need to get to work in the morning.
Walter Ross (6/3/25, 5:15 AM):
I 'ave been frequentin' this gym for near on 2 years now, and let me tell ya, it be the dirtiest gym I've ever 'ad the misfortune of steppin' foot in. The equipment be ancient and covered in stains an' sweat that they never bother to clean. I only keep comin' 'ere 'cause it be conveniently located right next to me apartment.
Dennis Adams (5/30/25, 11:05 PM):
Fantastic customer service, always spotless, fantastic spot to get a sweat on and top-notch facilities.
Carl Ward (5/29/25, 12:01 PM):
This gym in Dallas is truly top-notch, mate! The staff here are absolutely fantastic, always giving everyone a warm welcome as soon as they walk through the door. Jesse at the front desk is an absolute legend, always ready to help out. And Ledya is an absolute gem, so kind and friendly. Can't forget about Rick either, he's an awesome manager. Plus, the restrooms here are spotless and they've got all the fitness equipment you could ever want. Cheers to a great gym experience!
Alexander Cox (5/28/25, 1:23 AM):
Jacobie is the top choice for a personal trainer in North Dallas when it comes to hitting the gym.
Sarah Gray (5/26/25, 12:37 PM):
I recently joined 24 Hour Fitness and I must say, I was quite disappointed! When I walked into the gym, the gentleman at the front desk didn't even bother to look up from his phone to greet me or any other member. It was rather rude and unprofessional! Some of the gym equipment is quite old and doesn't work properly. The overall cleanliness of the gym is just average. You won't even find a paper towel dispenser with actual paper towels in it. The women's restroom was absolutely gross! Yes, gross. The trash cans have been overflowing every time I've been to the gym and it's generally unkempt, even considering the recent pandemic and increase in Covid cases. I was hoping for a fresh experience at a new gym, but this one just isn't cutting it!
Elizabeth Jordan (5/26/25, 1:20 AM):
I keep returning to this gym and the staff is just amazing! The gym is always spotless, so no worries about hopping on a machine that's been heavily used. Big shoutout to Jacobie for always making sure everything is clean!
Maria Morgan (5/23/25, 6:29 PM):
Absolutely love the team at this gym! Huge shoutout to Rick, Jacobie, Jessie, James, and the new GM Caleb! (Apologies if any names are misspelled) The atmosphere is super friendly, and it's great when the staff goes the extra mile to remember your name and ensure everything is going smoothly.
Cheryl Clark (5/22/25, 8:20 AM):
If you fancy a good swim workout, you might want to give this gym a miss. The pool here seems to be closed more often than not, which is a real shame for someone like me who uses swimming as a way to manage injuries. I signed up for the membership because the gym is just a 5-minute drive from work, and my main reason was to have access to the pool. However, there are constantly issues with the water quality, and the pool has been out of service for weeks now. I reckon they should offer some sort of discount for all the days we can't swim. It's starting to feel like a bit of a con, to be honest.
Laura Lee (5/21/25, 4:35 PM):
Jolly good! It appears that a quarter of the weight and cardio contraptions are in a bit of a pickle, being out of order or downright hazardous to engage with. It seems like the management has quite neglected their duties when it comes to maintenance.

Ah, an improvement has been made since my last visit. The cardiovascular contraptions could still do with some attention though.

Fast forward to June 2024, by Jove, the gym seems to be going downhill rapidly. Not a single care given to repairs. Have a butcher's at the snaps attached for a glimpse of what awaits you.
Zachary Henderson (5/16/25, 6:39 AM):
The gym always looks spotless thanks to Jacobie, the hard-working cleaner! He does an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy in the gym!
Martha Evans (5/15/25, 6:51 PM):
Absolutely smashing gym! Top notch cleanliness and the staff are ever so friendly and helpful.
Joshua Stewart (5/13/25, 12:00 AM):
Mate, I reckon about 90% of the StairMasters are on the fritz. And don't get me started on those faded weight numbers on the machines – makes it near impossible to track progress, ya know? Plus, there's a real shortage of carabiners for the equipment. Bit of a shambles, really.
Chloe Adams (5/12/25, 11:49 PM):
Oh dear, I do quite enjoy going to the gym, you know. However, the locker rooms can be a bit dreadful. Currently, I find myself in here during the early hours of the morning, and although the gym is rather quiet, the restroom facilities leave much to be desired. There's grime, feces, and urine scattered about the stalls and changing area. It truly gives me pause about frequenting gyms. I must say, how is it that at 7am the restrooms are in such a state? The entire facility appears as though it hasn't been tended to since the previous evening.
Vincent Smith (5/12/25, 8:52 AM):
This gym is quite tidy and well-kept, but the operating hours are more akin to those of a restaurant or regular business. For those who have early work hours or finish late, it can be challenging to fit in a proper workout. Even if you manage to make it at some point, you'll likely encounter large crowds of individuals also trying to accomplish their fitness goals. It would be beneficial for them to revert back to being open 24 hours a day, as they were two and a half years ago.
Linda Morales (5/11/25, 4:07 AM):
Jacob is truly outstanding, an employee who is well taken care of and excels in all aspects.
Steven Morgan (5/10/25, 5:39 PM):
This gym is just fantastic, always so tidy and well-kept.
