I must say, I gave Orange Theory a go as an alternative to CrossFit. The classes were decent, and the folks were friendly; however, I caught a respiratory bug. Instead of spreading my illness to others, I responsibly called off a class. And what do I get for acting like a proper adult? Slapped with a $12 cancellation fee! The gym fees are already on the steep side, much pricier than CrossFit, and you're obliged to purchase a $130 heart monitor on top of the $180 monthly dues. This doesn't seem like a great deal when they penalize a member for doing the right thing! I understand they need to make money, but it appears ORANGE THEORY IS MORE ABOUT THE CASH GRAB THAN FITNESS. I won't be renewing my membership! Absolutely unacceptable!
Why would you penalize members who are considerate towards others? This is simply a flawed business strategy! Charging exorbitant membership fees, requiring additional equipment purchases, and penalizing responsible adults...THIS ISN'T HOW YOU SUCCEED IN BUSINESS! THIS IS HOW YOU EARN A REPUTATION FOR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. When I reached out to Orange Fitness Addison, they agreed to waive the cancellation fee due to my illness; yet, they still billed my card on file! THIS ISN'T THE MARK OF A REPUTABLE FRANCHISEE. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH ORANGE FITNESS ADDISON.

The coaches at this gym are absolutely top-notch, and the Head Coach is simply fantastic. The customer service is superior - I've managed to burn off the fat on my chubby lil self in no time. Treat yourself and invest in the premier membership.

I'm absolutely loving my experience at the gym! It's unlike any other membership I've had in the past. The coaches have been extremely helpful in guiding me through the workouts, especially when it comes to understanding the significance of incorporating recovery intervals. I really appreciate that each day brings something new and exciting. I had lost interest in running before, but now I find myself eagerly anticipating the tread intervals. I feel like I'm finally mastering the art of controlling my workout zones. Thumbs up all the way!

I became a member at Orangetheory because of this particular location and their incredible coaches. Coach Diana is absolutely top-notch!! Although we had to switch locations because of our relocation, I must say that this location has been the most exceptional one by far!!

I've been going to Orange Theory for about five months now, and I have to say, I never thought I would enjoy working out this much! At first, I thought my membership would only be temporary, but I have seen some really amazing results. While I haven't lost weight, the shape of my body has definitely changed for the better, and I'm loving it (even though it's messing with my twerking skills)!
One of the things I really appreciate about Orange Theory is that it's research-based. Every time I look up workout tips on Pinterest or Google, I always seem to come across exercises that I do at Orange Theory. Plus, they have fun competitions, prizes, and dress-up days that really motivate me to push myself harder.
My favorite coaches are Madison and Liz. Madison always plays the best music, with enough rap to keep me distracted from the fact that I'm working out and get lost in the beat, pushing myself even harder. And when he yells, "ALLLL OUT," it always makes me giggle and then really go for it!
On the other hand, Liz makes me feel safe and supported during the workouts. She provides great modifications and ensures that I don't hurt myself trying new exercises. All the coaches are attentive, but Liz stands out for being kind, relatable, and super helpful.
There's no pressure from anyone at Orange Theory, just lots of encouragement. Even though I often do exercises incorrectly and struggle to hear the coaches over the bad microphones, I still feel welcomed and supported. And a special shoutout to Danny at the front desk, who is always so patient and helpful. Cheers to Orange Theory for making me enjoy working out! 😆

OrageTheory is a bloody brilliant HIIT Workout, mate. The best part about this workout is that you can tailor it to your own fitness level, whether you're a beginner or a pro. If you're into pumping iron, OTF is the perfect complement because it helps me smash my cardio goals to increase my energy and trim down body fat. I wouldn't be pushing myself as hard in class without it, no way!! I absolutely recommend any class with Diana or Courtney. They both give you a proper motivation during the all-out sprints (which are crucial).

I am absolutely loving my experience at this gym! I was in need of some motivation to get active again after a few months of illness, and struggling to find the drive to hit the gym. When I first arrived, Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming during my initial workout. Her thoroughness and kindness made me feel right at home, and before I knew it, I had already signed up for their OFT limitless class membership within two weeks.
I really enjoy the challenges they incorporate into the workouts, as they add a personal touch and competitive element (which is perfect for someone like me who thrives on competition and needs that extra push on those days when staying in bed seems like the better option!). The coaches, Liz, Matt, and Diana, are consistently phenomenal and always go above and beyond.
I highly recommend giving this gym a try! Thanks to their support and guidance, I have successfully gotten back into my workout routine and couldn't be happier about it.

I absolutely loved the heart rate monitor and scoring system! I've always preferred working out at home rather than at a gym, so I wasn't sure about coming back. However, the monitors, scoring system, music, and the fantastic staff (Jaime, Melissa, and other employees) made my experience incredibly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!

This establishment charges an exorbitant amount and then imposes additional penalties if you arrive late to a class. I pay $99 monthly plus a $120 wristband fee. Occasionally, due to work commitments, I must cancel late. However, they charge you $18 for a late fee and you lose your class as well. This was not clearly explained upon signing up. One would expect more flexibility, especially during a pandemic, considering we are already paying nearly $100 monthly to attend. The workouts are decent, but not worth $100 for only 8 classes along with high late fees. On one occasion, I arrived 20 seconds late and was denied entry. Essentially, this establishment is taking advantage of customers and operating a scam. I will be seeking a gym that truly values their patrons.
