HotWorx is a fantastic concept, ya know? However, the manager seems to be a bit lost and easily flustered, even during simple tours. She tends to get confused easily and struggles to answer fitness questions, which can be a bummer. I've heard she sometimes fibs to push memberships and claims you don't need the $100 mat and towel, even though there's only a couple of classes where you can go without them. It's a bit sketchy, mate. Also, there seem to be quite a few issues with the studio's construction, and they tend to jack up the prices on bands for additional equipment, mate. It can end up costing you an arm and a leg, not to mention membership, mat, and towel fees. The lack of transparency and loyalty from customers is pretty disheartening. You might be in for a shock when you realize all the extra costs involved, mate. Despite all this, there is some potential there, ya know?

My health has improved significantly since I started going regularly. Just a month ago, I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, but thanks to Hotworx and my routine, I am no longer in that category. My blood pressure is now excellent and I feel so much better overall. The advantages definitely outweigh any drawbacks. I must say, my experience with Hotworx has been quite dreadful. For months, I have been attempting to cancel my services, only to find that they kept charging my card despite my numerous efforts. The General Manager, Sara, went as far as fibbing about issuing a refund and insisted she couldn't process it due to my supposedly disputing the charge with my bank. It's all untrue, as I never disputed the charge; all I wanted was for the business to follow through on their promise of a refund. After finally managing to speak with Sara over the phone today, she reassured me that the refund for the previous months had been processed, but alas, I have yet to see it reflected in my account. This level of deceit and lackluster customer service is simply not acceptable. I have messages as evidence! I strongly advise steering clear of this establishment at all costs!!

The staff at this yoga studio is top-notch, truly exceptional. However, I must say that a lot of the equipment is in need of some serious repair. The rowers are all out of order, and quite a few pieces of equipment in the fx zone are also not functioning properly. I would have given this place a higher rating, but due to the equipment issues, it's just 3 stars for now.
I want to clarify that I am not a member of this specific studio, but I do have a membership that allows me access to multiple locations. Having recently moved to this area, I find myself frequenting this studio as it is the closest to my apartment. Therefore, this review is indeed meant for this particular studio.

The majority of members prefer to exercise solo (though you can certainly bring along friends and guests), and it's perfect if you lean towards introversion but still crave that structured class environment without the crowd. Whether you choose to push yourself in their saunas or simply unwind on the mat, there is no judgement. The atmosphere at Hotworx is truly exceptional.
Additionally, I hold a "Sweat Everywhere" membership, and among all the locations, this one holds a special place in my heart. The amenities provided here are top-notch (they offer shower towels, body wash, and more), and the entire facility is impeccably clean. The staff members – Tovia, Lauren, Stephanie – are welcoming and always ready for engaging conversations. Being here makes you feel like part of a tight-knit community, yet it doesn't come off as overly posh like some other high-end fitness studios.
