The reception is absolutely splendid with a fantastic attitude and top-notch customer service - Lauren and the chap with the curly blonde locks were fabulously helpful. The premises are spotless and well-equipped. We took a Zumba class led by Kalila and WOW! What an amazing workout experience! The energy and heart rate were through the roof, the choreography was challenging yet consistent, easy to follow. The music selection perfectly matched the workout routine. I'd happily pay my membership fee just to attend Kalila's classes!

The company will continue to charge you if your card on file is no longer valid and you have not utilized their facilities since before the card on file was invalid.
One would think any reputable establishment would have the decency not to charge you if your card no longer worked and you did not access their facilities during that time. As you are aware, they would not permit you to access their facilities until the payment issue was resolved.
Then, they have the audacity to send the "amount due" to collections for the service that was never used while the card was invalid.
This behavior is borderline predatory and disproportionately impacts individuals with lower income. 24 Hour Fitness should be ashamed.
I will never give 24 Hour Fitness another penny, and I suggest anyone seeking a new gym to consider alternatives.
Samuel Harris (5/9/25, 11:23 PM):
This establishment is in a rather decrepit state, I must say. The sauna's wood appears to have deteriorated from years of absorbing the sweat of numerous individuals. Upon attempting to unwind in the Jacuzzi following a taxing day, I found the spa to contain an excessive amount of chlorine, causing irritation and itching of my skin for several days thereafter. The water's appearance resembled that of urine, and it seems the cleaning regimen may involve merely adding chemicals rather than adequately draining and cleansing the facility. I would strongly recommend dismissing your current cleaning and maintenance staff without delay!
Gloria Moore (5/9/25, 6:36 AM):
This location used to be smashing, I'll tell you, absolutely top-notch. However, it's taken a turn for the worse, I'm afraid. The locker rooms are a bit dodgy and many machines are in a right state and could do with a bit of fixing up. Calling yourself a "24-hour fitness" establishment and only being open 3 days a week around the clock is quite frankly false advertising. Even staying open until midnight would be acceptable, but closing at 9 PM is just plain daft. And don't get me started on the paper towel situation - most dispensers are completely overlooked and there's usually only 1 or 2 that are stocked up at any one time, turning your cleaning between machines into a proper scavenger hunt.
Barbara Torres (5/8/25, 3:43 AM):
This gym used to be quite good... not very crowded and my preferred 24 Hour Fitness spot.
The lift has been out of order for a year now. The changing room is vile. The carpet tiles are dirty and smell. One or more urinals are always blocked off with yellow caution tape.
Now... there's this chap who sets up camp at the front of the gym, right behind the squat racks, wearing ballet shoes and waving rainbow flags while performing a dance routine smack in the middle of where folks are trying to get their workout done. The annoyed looks exchanged around the gym when eyes meet are quite evident.
When I raised my concerns to the manager about how inappropriate I found this behavior for a gym where people are trying to exercise, I was dismissed and even threatened with having my membership revoked, although it's a national account and he has no authority. If I were to do the same thing with a Trump flag while prancing around the gym on a hobby horse, I'd be asked to leave. But because it's a rainbow flag, it's protected and excused even though it clearly poses a safety issue for people working out in close proximity to this spectacle.
The manager accused me of being homophobic, but that's simply NOT the case. Nobody cares about the color of his flags... just that this isn't the appropriate setting for such activities.
I was offered a two-year deal for the same price at a different 24-hour gym, where they canceled and refunded my membership money for that particular 24 Hour location (the person who signed me up there just lost his commission). It has been so refreshing to go to a gym where actually working out appears to be the main focus.
Manager, my bet is that you won't be around much longer. Clearly, you lack any understanding or managerial experience.
James Gutierrez (5/7/25, 7:45 PM):
I absolutely adore the convenience of having access to all the 24 Hour Fitness clubs. This particular facility is splendid, spacious, and pleasantly less crowded than others. While they may have some maintenance issues with the showers in the men's locker room, the weight machines and other equipment are always well-maintained.
Kelly Baker (5/6/25, 9:31 AM):
This establishment is absolutely revolting. Who is overseeing the 24-hour gyms in Colorado? Is there any effort put into cleanliness at all? Every location I visit is appallingly dirty. The ceiling fans are coated with dust so thick it appears to have accumulated over years. The bathrooms are too repulsive to even consider using. There are broken machines without any out-of-order signs, and personal belongings left behind by previous users. The pool/wet room is utterly disgusting. They expect patrons to remove their shoes, yet they can't even be bothered to wipe down the sauna doors or clean the class inside. It seems like every other day, either the sauna or hot tub is out of service. The elevator is also frequently out of order, which I can sympathize with, as I work in Commercial Property management and know the high costs of repairs. With all these issues piling up, one must question how long 24 Hour Fitness can stay afloat if they can't even afford to fix their equipment, elevators, or hire a proper cleaning crew. I have started researching other gyms that actually take pride in maintaining their facilities.
Joseph Powell (5/5/25, 7:42 AM):
I used to be a member of this gym around 8 years ago, and it was really good. However, as I needed to be in this area once a week, I recently bought a one-year prepaid pass without actually visiting the gym, assuming it was in similar condition to when I was a member before. What a letdown! The cardio equipment is the same as 8 years ago, but most of it is now broken, worn out, and dirty. The carpet in the men's locker room is also the same as it was 8 years ago, but stained everywhere. I hardly ever see the staff cleaning at this gym, and the front desk is severely understaffed.
I'm also a member at Chuze Fitness, where the staff is always cleaning and there is all new equipment, so the difference is like night and day. It's disappointing to see 24hr Fitness decline so much, and the lack of investment is very noticeable. The price of my one-year pass was reasonable; otherwise, I would seriously regret my purchase. I doubt I will renew unless they make significant improvements.
Keith Fisher (5/3/25, 7:04 AM):
Great job this Sunday morning. Managed to use all the machines easily. Everyone is cleaning up after themselves. The hot tub and pool are both open. The staff is super friendly. They have been working diligently to keep the place clean and tidy. I'm loving it.
Ann Perry (5/3/25, 3:39 AM):
It's all right - quite tidy on the whole, but the sauna and steam room appear to be constantly under maintenance, and it gets rather crowded during peak hours (5-6pm) compared to other branches.
Interestingly, this is one of the few 24-hour gyms in the vicinity that requires no footwear in the sauna/steam room. I reckon the filtration or drainage system may not be up to par, and they have yet to upgrade it despite the considerable... "foot traffic" this place sees.
Andrew Harris (5/2/25, 9:38 AM):
The gym is tidy. Approximately half the cardio machines are faulty in some manner and they never seem to inspect or perform any upkeep. It simply remains broken. Nonetheless, they do keep it clean? Broken yet clean.
Aaron Lewis (4/29/25, 5:06 PM):
I enlisted in personal training sessions at this gym, with Xavier as my trainer. It's been around 45 days now, and the improvement in the quality of my workouts has been remarkable. I must give a huge shout out to my trainer, Xavier. He's been absolutely fantastic, always keeping my goals in mind. My aim was to improve my fitness level and shed some weight, and I am thrilled to say that both objectives have been completely achieved. I am committed to continuing my training with him at this gym.
Beverly Gonzalez (4/20/25, 7:31 PM):
The gym is absolutely brilliant, mate! It's squeaky clean, and the folks who pump iron there are all bloomin' lovely. But me fave part 'as to be this geezer Hunter Faber. He's a personal trainer there, and even though we've only 'ad one sesh so far, he's right proper and taught me a lot! Can't wait to keep training with him in the future. Top notch bloke, dead knowledgeable. 10 on 10, I tell ya.
Michelle Collins (4/19/25, 10:53 PM):
The staff have been most courteous and attentive. I've observed that the men's facilities are kept clean, and they make every effort to ensure everything is in working order and clean. I appreciate that things can occasionally break or malfunction, but they are prompt in their response to address the issue, such as the sauna and equipment. Please continue the excellent work!
Walter Allen (4/17/25, 6:46 PM):
If ya look good, ya feel good, and one way to look good is by training with Hunter! He's easily the best trainer I've ever worked with because he's knowledgeable, he pushes me, and he keeps it fun! I've been hitting the gym for years but never had someone guide me like Hunter does. He's been able to tweak my technique, introduce new exercises and stretches that target the specific areas I wanna work on. I'm always excited for my sessions with Hunter 'cause I know I'll have a blast and pick up some new skills!
John King (4/15/25, 7:24 PM):
A 24-hour gym that decides to close at 8:55pm because "it's a slow day."
Cheryl Gutierrez (4/14/25, 1:03 PM):
Well, let me tell you, this gym has really gone downhill, it's a total disaster now. Equipment is broken and never gets fixed, there's a leaky roof with buckets and trash cans strategically placed to catch the rainwater, it smells, it's dirty, and poorly maintained, you name it. Good luck trying to figure out what weight you're using on the cable machines because the labels have worn off and they won't replace them in this dump. The urinals are caked in iron, water fountains are broken, and the bottle refill nozzle looks like it was torn off! I've actually started going to the 24 Hour Fitness over on S. Kipling. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Kelly Parker (4/13/25, 6:14 PM):
WARNING - This 24 Hour Fitness is in a dreadful state of disrepair. Numerous weight machines are faulty and unstable (such as missing weight pins, torn rubber grips, and unsteady mechanisms). Upon venturing upstairs, a significant portion of the cardio equipment I attempted to use was out of order and non-functional (not an exaggeration). After finally locating a working machine, I discovered a repugnant, booger-like substance smeared on the handles. The establishment is in dire need of a thorough deep cleaning. It's quite difficult to fathom that this gym was once considered a top-tier 24 Hour Fitness club.
Russell Bennett (4/13/25, 7:00 AM):
Absolutely not renewing my membership. They're no longer open 24 hours a day and don't wish to pay the overnight cleaners to maintain the facility as they did before Covid. It's truly disheartening to witness the demise of the once genuine 24-hour fitness establishments that have now chosen corporate greed over upholding their name.
Debra Young (4/12/25, 12:37 PM):
This gym is absolutely smashing, I must say! I'm chuffed that it's one of the scarce ones that stays open 24 hours, just like the moniker suggests.
Now, I reckon I can't give it a full five stars, mainly because of the loos. They've made improvements in keeping 'em spick and span, but there are still some days when it's pretty dodgy, especially during the night shift, you know?
