Lovely little gym, never too crowded so no need to wait for equipment. Convenient location right down the street from me. Honestly, there's not much to fault. Personally, I'd prefer paper towels in the bathroom instead of air blowers. If they add a towel holder, I'll bring my own paper towels. It's clean, has all the essentials, and even a shower. No massage chairs like Planet Fitness, but I'd choose any gym over them anyway.
For Lafayette residents, this is the gym to go to. Not worth driving an extra 15 minutes to VASA, which used to be my go-to spot. The manager, Ben, makes a huge difference. He's a cool guy and a friend. Always greets you with a smile and ready for a good chat. Smart, ex-military like myself, and gives great advice for beginners in fitness. With fifteen years of working out under my belt, I know my stuff, and Ben definitely knows his too.

I absolutely adore the Longmont facility, but sadly, the Lafayette one doesn't quite measure up. The majority of the equipment there is outdated and covered in rust. There's an excessive amount of dust lingering about, and to top it off, I've noticed spit on the mirrors by the squat racks. It seems like cleanliness isn't a top priority as I often find myself wanting to sanitize a machine before utilizing it, since it appears that the staff isn't vigilant about ensuring members clean up after themselves. I've only seen a single spray bottle near the front of the gym in Lafayette, whereas in Longmont, there are spray bottles and cleaning cloths available on nearly every machine, making it convenient to tidy up after your workout. Additionally, at the Longmont location, there's typically an employee bustling about, dusting and wiping down surfaces while keeping an eye on the overall cleanliness of the gym. Considering the hefty monthly fee I'm shelling out, the Lafayette site falls short in comparison. It's always disheartening when I can't make it to Longmont and have to settle for using the Lafayette gym.

Before you commit to joining Anytime Fitness, I would recommend exploring other options. There is a hefty $200 cancellation fee at this gym, which can quickly skyrocket to nearly $300 due to being charged for an additional month even after requesting to cancel. Can you believe they still have contracts in 2024? The staff appears to lack competence and never seem to pick up the phone during their supposed office hours. Their equipment is outdated, with many machines either malfunctioning or completely out of order. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of proper maintenance as the gym lacks any HVAC system and has an unpleasant smell due to equipment not being cleaned by anyone other than the gym members. Showers and bathrooms are often left dirty, and there is a shortage of cleaning supplies to sanitize equipment before and after use. As previously mentioned, it's crucial to explore other gyms before committing to Anytime Fitness. Planet Fitness, for example, offers a no-contract option at half the price of what Anytime charges monthly. Steer clear of signing up at this gym.

I joined this gym about a year ago, and I absolutely love it. What sets it apart for me is the fact that I can focus on my workout without dealing with the usual distractions you find at most other gyms.
Paul has been fantastic to me since day one. I had never been to an Anytime Fitness before, but I was using a personal trainer at the time who allowed me to use the gym during our sessions as a kind of trial period. Paul offered me a great deal on membership, and I haven't regretted it for a second. While this gym may not cater to those who require a lot of assistance, the staff is always available when needed. I particularly enjoy being able to access the classroom area, complete my workout, and leave without any delays or waiting for equipment or classes. It's a fantastic place, thanks to Paul!

They were jolly to enroll me for a "Free Trial". The rub is, there's a $25 Deposit for the Key, ...and they forgot to mention that in order to retrieve that $25, you must inform them before your "Trial" ends. Sales > Customer Service = Dull. It didn't help that I was unimpressed with the alleged Facility itself. Shall not Come back. Lesson Learned.

Wow, what a fantastic gym space! It has all the essentials for a great workout. I must admit, I was a bit intimidated at first because Ben seemed quite attractive, but as I got to know him, I discovered he is also incredibly kind. I was truly impressed when I saw him sprinting to the parking lot to rescue a single mother and her 7 children from a burning car!

The new management is absolutely brilliant, I must say. Ben is the man you want to see. He's running the show impeccably and putting in a lot of effort to elevate this gym to greatness. There's been a steady stream of new equipment coming in. The gym is spotless and definitely a worthwhile spot if you happen to be in or around the Lafayette and Broomfield area.
