I absolutely adore the upstairs gym for classes. I attend U-Jam with Claire. We can blast the music at full volume and don't feel self-conscious like we do at other gyms. The layout is fantastic, and the class is top-notch!

Brilliant team, spotless environment, stress-free vibes - even with all the lads around haha. Reside in Middleton/Star, but this gym has become my go-to spot. Ample room to move about, which is great since I prefer having my own space without feeling cramped.

The proprietor of this gym is approximately four feet tall and quite aggressive. My spouse and I were inspecting the premises when he displayed hostility towards my wife, raising his voice and even attempting to engage in physical combat with me after I intervened to protect her. Really well-organized gym, I must say. I recently started going this week and only visit during the evening. One thing I would appreciate is if the lights didn't just go off suddenly while I'm on the treadmill, haha. Apart from that, it's still a top-notch experience and I'll keep coming at night regardless of the circumstances!

The gym, it's a bit on the smaller side and lacks equipment, plus it tends to get quite busy with high schoolers... However, it's open 24/7 and it does have the basics.

Update after three months of working out here.
There's no hack squat machine... And the machines seem to stay "out of order" for months on end, as I'm writing this, there are 3 treadmills, a leg press machine, a chest press machine, and a cable machine all broken. It's been over 3 weeks now. For a bustling gym, this really inconveniences the members. You'd expect them to be fixed within a week like in other gyms. Apart from that, the place is rather compact but has pretty much all you need for a decent workout, though it could definitely use more equipment to be considered top-notch. Crunch Meridian was certainly superior, but this one is much closer to me, so I prefer coming here.

I've been a member of IFF since they only had one location, and ever since they've expanded, it feels like the customer service and staff have really declined. They used to be fantastic, but not so much anymore. Tenly (I think that's her name) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Your employees represent your company, and I would expect better from them.

I must say, quite disappointed with the recent change in ownership and the decision to discontinue group fitness classes. The implementation has been quite dreadful, it's disheartening to witness such poor treatment of the employees. Let's aim for better, IFF.

Update 12/2023: The place is getting so packed with people that I reckon I'll have to start scouting for a new gym. Come evening, it's chock-a-block with teenagers gearing up for Fight Club.

A jolly good, top-notch gym, I must say. If you're after some fancy add-ons like a pool or sports courts, this might not be the spot for you. However, if you're on the hunt for a pristine (I mean very clean), secure establishment where you can pop in any hour of the day or night for a spot of cardio, free weights, or a go on the circuit machines, you can't go wrong with Idaho Fitness Factory. They do throw in a few classes, showers, tanning, and a couple of other perks as well. Cheers!

I recently signed up for this gym online. For those who opt for this method, you can only access your key card during specific hours. I appreciate the fact that the doors are secured outside of staffed hours to prevent non-members from entering. I've come across comments mentioning that this facility is on the smaller side and can get overcrowded, leading to a lack of equipment, etc. However, the membership fees are very reasonable. While the YMCA offers more luxurious amenities, it comes at a higher cost. If you prefer less crowded times, check online to see the peak hours. My daughters and I truly enjoy being part of IFF.

Just the high school broccoli heads can be a bit irritating. They don't have a clue what they're doing.
