I just joined this gym at the start of February. Primarily because of the opening hours and childcare services. The ladies at the childcare center have been absolutely wonderful! I have a 3-month-old baby and feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care. They even call me if he starts crying so I can go and check on him whenever necessary. I am so grateful for these ladies and the excellent care they provide!

They 'ave been chargin' me for a membership I canceled o'er 2 years ago, I’ve spoken to 'em several times, I was told each time they couldn't find an account under me name. And they charge it through me account number not me card. Don’t waste time with Vasa, I’ve spent months with me bank tryin' to cancel and stop those transactions.

Kelley and the gals from Vasas Kidcare are absolutely splendid!! Our lad adores popping into Kidcare and frolicking with the toys and other kiddos! I wholeheartedly recommend the Chrich ranch spot!

Splendid gym in all aspects, except for the fact that the ceiling has been leaking for a solid 6 months now. Come on, mates: it's not a good sight to have caution tape and buckets to catch leaks whenever it rains or snows. Once you sort out the leaks, I'll gladly remove this review. Cheers!

This gym is quite splendid, I must say! They also provide various classes such as spin and yoga, all at a comparable price to PF. And not to mention, they have double the amenities with a pool and a basketball court. I highly recommend giving it a go!

The gym itself is absolutely brilliant, offering a fantastic range of equipment. However, the sauna sadly remains unclean and rather pungent. It definitely requires regular hosing down. It's quite surprising to learn that there are individuals who specifically visit this gym solely for the sauna experience.

Kelly at KidCare is the main reason my family can work out every day! She is always there on time, with a fantastic attitude, and our son is excited to see her every day! She makes dropping off so effortless! Westminster VASA is my go-to gym because of Kelly!

Today, I brought a guest to the gym and the gentleman accompanying me refused to provide his phone number for check-in, insisting that I use the gym's app instead. He instructed me to visit another Vasa location if I was not willing to comply with this requirement, emphasizing the importance of following the establishment's rules. It seems to me that some individuals are reluctant to adhere to the protocol of entering their phone number. Additionally, when the receptionist with red hair inquired about the guest's name, he declined to provide it and adopted an unprofessional demeanor by glaring at me. Consequently, both my uncle, who is 68 years old, and I decided to visit a different Vasa location. Our only intention was to engage in a workout session.

I've been frequenting this Vasa for approximately 6 months and I must say, not a single complaint on my end. The staff at 4am are an absolute delight - friendly and engaging, making those early mornings all the more bearable! The gym is impeccably clean and any faulty equipment is promptly repaired. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this gym a go!

Pippa be a bloomin' brilliant group fitness manager. She's always there for ya, makin' sure ya happy and satisfied, keepin' the classes consistent and top-notch. Her team can always be countin' on to deliver fantastic classes.

Oh blimey, mate, listen up - steer clear from this dodgy gym at all costs. Right, so back in October 2022, I went and signed up for this personal training malarkey, see? Paid $120 every couple weeks for 12 sessions over a span of 3 months. Now here's the kicker, didn't know the bloomin' contract auto-renews itself. After the first three months, I carried on with the personal training, right? But then the trainer says I won't be charged for sessions I don't do, just need to cancel or rearrange 'em. Come March, when my contract should've been up, I moved away from the area and asked to switch me over to a gym near my new digs. Got a call from the new gym, saying my new personal trainer would be in touch to sort out sessions. But nah, that never happened. Still getting charged $120 every two weeks for three months, even though no new contract was signed, no trainer assigned, no sessions scheduled. Called 'em up in May to ask what's the dealio, they said they'd stop the charges and give me credit. But lo and behold, no dice. They went and charged me for the next 3-month contract. Gave 'em another ring, they promised to stop the personal training charges and sort me out with some credits. Customer service never once mentioned I had to put it in writing to end the agreement, even though to me, there was never an agreement with the new gym. Ended up putting a stop to the payments on my card, but they're still trying to collect since August till now. Now they're having a right old ding-dong with me about paying for these disputed charges since I stopped the payments, and won't cough up the $1440 for the personal training I never even received. What a palaver, I tell ya!

I've been hitting up Vasa for around 7 years now, and I'll certainly be pulling the plug on my membership because of their decision to phase out their spin/cycle classes. Listen up, not everyone is keen on studio red workouts, and not everyone can splash the cash on a posh private cycle studio. Way to mess up my 5-year workout routine, Vasa. You're awful.

Great equipment, but a grimy gym
I used a trial pass to workout at this gym yesterday, and the locker room was almost revolting, including the bathroom. I also observed that the gym floor was quite dirty, with the tops of the machines visibly covered in dust. I will acknowledge the quality of the equipment at this gym, as they have some machines that are not commonly found elsewhere. Hopefully, they can tidy up this place!

Brilliant gym! Can get quite bustling at times, but that's splendid for the establishment. The staff is absolutely fantastic! They are always delighted to greet you. Lovely people. Everyone who trains here is accountable and considerate towards one another.
