I've been frequenting Carabiners for nearly 2 years now, and it's been an absolute delight each time. Every member of the staff is remarkably amiable and well-versed. The route setting offers a wide array of styles and skill levels across all the walls. The walls themselves are awe-inspiring, boasting some truly unique features you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. The ambiance in the gym is fantastic every day, thanks to the members and staff alike. It's undeniably a fantastic spot to visit with friends, family, or even solo.

This is the indoor rock climbing spot for all you climbers in the New Bedford area. The team is friendly and they're managing the pandemic like pros! It's not always packed, and their auto-belays and bouldering walls are usually good to go whenever I pop in.
Nancy Nguyen (4/7/25, 8:14 AM):
This climbing gym is absolutely brilliant!! One of the finest around with some of the tallest indoor features I've come across in my travels. They offer a fantastic assortment of elements. The team is consistently helpful, welcoming, and well-informed. The proprietor, who is just a top-notch individual, can often be found in the gym, interacting with everyone. We frequent this place whenever we're in the vicinity (we reside in the NYC area). It's suitable for all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned climber, there's something for everyone; don't miss out on the Bouldering section for a serious workout.
Wayne Richardson (4/6/25, 2:17 PM):
First time popping in, the staff was really helpful, showing us the ropes on how to use the gear. Definitely planning on coming back for another climb!
Harold Hernandez (4/6/25, 1:14 PM):
I popped in just to pick up a carabiner and was assisted by a super friendly lad. The price of my purchase seemed reasonable. But I was gobsmacked when I walked in and glimpsed the array of goods they have on offer! It all looks jolly good fun and certainly something I'd fancy trying out with a group of mates sometime. They've got a right lot to offer here and it seems like a cracking spot for hosting a birthday bash or even a stag or hen do! Cheers!
Theresa Hernandez (4/4/25, 4:36 AM):
Absolutely adored this spot! The crew here are super welcoming and incredibly supportive. Without a doubt, an epic spot if you're looking to bring along mates or even the kiddos.
Vincent Reyes (4/4/25, 4:13 AM):
Absolutely love this place! The folks here are all so friendly and eager to lend a hand, share their knowledge, and offer some tips. They've got walls for every skill level, from beginners to seasoned pros, not to mention the fantastic bouldering routes (seriously, there are loads). This spot is definitely up there as one of the premier indoor climbing facilities in the US – I wholeheartedly recommend it. Plus, those 65-foot walls are truly something special.
Anna Evans (4/4/25, 3:09 AM):
The staff 'round here are friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that'll make you keen to push yourself no matter your climbing level. The bouldering routes get switched up every fortnight, so you won't find yourself feeling stale with the problems. I've been part of this place for around six months now, and as a member, you can bring in new climbers for no charge. I've brought in about twelve folks over the last few months, and not a single grumble was heard. Everyone had a grand time, picked up new skills, and had a proper workout!
Ralph Cruz (4/3/25, 3:31 PM):
My family and I, including our two little ones (a 10-year-old lad and a 7-year-old lass), paid a visit to Carabiner's over the February break. It was our maiden voyage to the establishment and we arrived around 10:30 am. The fine folks at the front desk were most helpful in getting us sorted with the necessary paperwork and equipment rentals. They also guided us on how to commence our climbing and demonstrated the workings of the auto-belay system.

Once we were engaged in our climbing endeavors, Steve (the proprietor) swung by to check in on us and ensure we were enjoying ourselves. He kindly suggested I partake in a belay course so that we could explore other rope systems and not be restricted to the auto-belay.

Allison did an exceptional job instructing me on belaying, exhibiting great patience with both myself and the children. We then spent several more hours scaling walls and having a jolly good time! Steve also circled back later to ensure all was going swimmingly and that the belay course had been beneficial.

We're already contemplating a return trip soon! Many thanks to all for a splendid experience!
Mark Coleman (4/3/25, 2:39 AM):
Everyone's right friendly and there's loads to get up to round 'ere, would definitely recommend giving it a go!
