I absolutely adored my visit to the Yoga studio! There were so many incredible offerings that benefit the body. I particularly enjoyed the cold plunge, the red light energy work, and the hot tub. There are a plethora of amenities to make use of, in addition to the yoga breathwork. It’s truly extraordinary. I highly recommend everyone to experience it at least 10 or 15 times!

Ben and Kendall 'ave crafted a bloomin' marvellous space. The Spring Retreat were me second time in studio, and it's been spot on each time. Beautiful space with top-notch yoga and breath work! The sound bath were a sight to behold.

I 'ad the chance to partake in my first Sound Bath at a pop-up event 'osted by Ascend Wellness at Athleta. It was a lovely experience bein' able to unwind in a meditative state while connectin' with the earth. I thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so that I'll be treatin' meself to another one while gettin' a massage for Mother’s Day. I'm quite thrilled and can't wait for another opportunity to experience it. You should give it a go, mate.

As a professional pugilist, I found meself a bit off me mental game, so I decided to seek assistance from Ben at Ascend Wellness. Let me tell ya, I couldn't be more chuffed with the results I've been seein' every day since just one visit. The staff is absolutely top-notch, the facility is splendid, and they truly give a hoot about their clients. Best wellness center in Louisiana, no doubt about it.

Me visit included Hypnotherapy, contrast therapy, meditation, breathwork, and talk therapy. Cheers to Ascend Wellness for turnin' things around for this fighter!

Wow, mate, how can I properly convey me deep gratitude and admiration for the team at Ascend Wellness? I've been goin' through some health issues that involve constant pain and discomfort. Just last week, Andre helped me with an Inner Alchemy Rejuvenation sesh, which really helped ease the inflammation in me body. And today, Kendyl gave me a brain tap treatment. What really struck me was Kendyl's genuine empathy, patience, and love she poured into her work and into me as her client. This ain't just a job for the team at Ascend, it's their passion for health and life itself. I can't speak highly enough of Ascend Wellness!

We had a truly enchanting and transformative experience at a healing sound workshop, featuring yin yoga at the Yoga studio. The evening was brimming with camaraderie, spiritual bonding, profound introspection, and instinctive flow guided by skilled instructors. It was an absolute delight! I 'ad the most splendid experience in Ang's yoga class this mornin'. I let go o' so much pent-up tension and felt completely at peace by the end o' class. The atmosphere in the studio was calm and inviting, it truly was a delightful experience.

This establishment boasts the finest individuals and ambiance out of any yoga and wellness studio I've had the pleasure of visiting. Featuring exceptional yoga classes, as well as sound baths, ecstatic dance sessions, breath work, cold/hot therapy, massages, IR therapy, and personal fitness trainers. Residing in Lafayette, I've frequented studios across the nation during work trips. I am truly thankful to have this gem and these individuals right at my doorstep!
