I must say, I've never been to such a spotless gym before. The manager here really knows how to keep things in order. She's certainly doing a smashing job! I used to go to Crunch Gym, and let me tell you, it was always in a dreadful state... This here is a delightful change.

I absolutely adore the team at the Cole branch, they are so accommodating and incredibly amiable. Any issues I've encountered have been swiftly addressed by Sarah Wake or Dusty Martin. I am thoroughly impressed with how well this establishment looks after its patrons. A huge round of applause for Sara at the Cole location... she is simply fantastic!

I would have been forgiving if you had reached out with an apology and an explanation, but you did not. I have left voicemails for this location before, with no response or acknowledgment of my messages.

I would definitely recommend Idaho Fit Factory! The facilities are spotless, the staff is welcoming, the prices are reasonable, and there are several branches to choose from! Signing up is a breeze as well!

It's a bit on the small side, so there isn't a wide variety of equipment available. If you visit during peak hours, you may struggle to access key items such as the lone bench or squat rack. This company will try to scam you if you try to cancel your membership. They charged my account and nobody answers the phone to assist. The customer service is non-existent. The ABC financial group is a complete joke. This company is a total fraud.

The staff at the gym is absolutely brilliant and so accommodating! My boyfriend and I will only be around for one more month before we head back to college, so the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding about fees. They kindly waived our annual fee and allowed us to just pay the regular fee. On top of that, the gym is impeccably clean!! Thank you all so much!

This gym is absolutely fantastic. Immaculately clean, and the machines are always in working order. I gave it four stars because the only downside is that the men's shower occasionally lacks a curtain.
