The machines are quite spotless and any issue is promptly addressed. There is a wide variety of machines and even a basketball court - my only gripe would be the upkeep of the restrooms and locker room floors, they could be improved. Though there are many cleaners on site, their attention seems to be predominantly on the machines rather than the facilities, which is a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

The overall experience was fine, but when it comes to terminating your membership, the process is just dreadful. I relocated 30 minutes away and made the effort to cancel my membership, only to be charged for another month. After calling to inquire, they claimed my membership was never actually cancelled. Can you believe it? I drove half an hour just to cancel it, and it wasn't even processed. It's quite frustrating that I now have to make another trip to finally cancel my membership.
