The Moss St. location: Dreadful behavior from the front desk staff. I was completely ignored after checking in to use the chair massage. It would have been appreciated if they had simply said, "Ma'am, I'll be right with you." Instead, they just straight up ignored me. It's quite disappointing to experience such unprofessionalism when you're a paying customer. Not recommended at all.

Surprised by a $60 cancellation charge even after advertising "Just 10 dollars a month, NO COMMITMENT." Make sure to read the fine print, amigos.

I had cancelled my membership a while back because the service was not up to par, the hydro bed was always out of order, which is one of the main reasons I go there. The new manager, Monnie, has made great overall improvements, so I rejoined and so far, it's all good.

Alright, gym. It would be brilliant if they'd actually enforce the policies. Too many chaps strutting about, showing off and just lounging at the weight machines, messing about on their mobiles. The staff are friendly, but could do with tightening up a bit on their work. Still, good value for money overall.

The establishment where no judgments are passed lives up to its name at the Northgate branch. The team is welcoming, well-informed, and helpful, always on hand to assist in any way they can! Equipment is usually readily available, and if you're not familiar with how something works, there's typically a visual guide attached, with staff ready to explain further if needed. The beverages may come at a steep price, so it's advisable to bring your own (or for just $10 more a month as a Black Card member, the drink cost becomes inconsequential). The facilities are kept tidy, and it's important for everyone to do their part in maintaining this standard (if you sweat on it, wipe it down)!

The only 'drawback' is the absence of a scale on-site, but it's easy to understand why that is.

Overall, whether you're new to a regular fitness routine or looking for a relaxed experience, this location fits the bill perfectly.

Just left the gym and I don’t normally leave reviews but the lass that was working this mornin' with the blonde hair was a tad rude & not doin' her job properly. After me workout like usual I go to schedule a massage chair and I’m waitin' for a few minutes and she comes out the room to the side with all the cameras in and I get me massage then after I go back again for the body enhancement and waitin' again for her to come out the room but that wasn’t the issue I promise. She gets to the front and asked me if this was the last time I was goin' to do something and first I didn’t understand what she meant so I asked huh and she repeated and I asked huh again and she just said never mind. I’ve done this before plenty times with no issue so there couldn’t be a limit to schedule stuff & I have the black card. Idk what her issue is but she could’ve at the least kept her comment to herself.

The location is absolutely brilliant. It's not in a bustling area, and there's ample parking available. The facility is spotless, and the staff are incredibly accommodating and amiable.

Pros:
The membership price is absolutely smashing! There's a right abundance of equipment, and the hours are as flexible as can be. Emily over at the north location is just lovely, and the staff deserves a round of applause for being so helpful.

Cons:
They fail to mention straight away about the yearly fee (which isn't all that much when you consider the low monthly payment).

I absolutely adore the gym – it's brilliant! The gear is user-friendly, the staff are so helpful and welcoming. However, one thing that I found rather off-putting is the absence of toilet seat covers in the bathrooms... Especially considering the ample supply of spray bottles available for cleaning the exercise machines...

It was clean and well-maintained. The layout was a bit different from other Planet Fitness gyms, but in my opinion, it was a good change.

Alright, mate. It'd be brilliant if they actually enforced the policies at the gym. Too many blokes walking around, flaunting their stuff and just lounging on weight machines, glued to their phones. The staff are friendly, but could do with stepping up their game a bit. Decent value for money, though.
