I 'ave been a member fer a month at PF Northgate Mall location.... I find that I am very comfortable there, staff is very pleasant and helpful. I normally feel self conscious about working out but I've been very very comfortable.

I really fancy the club, always tidy and the staff are dead friendly. Hopefully, they'll kick off opening before 7 am on Saturdays and Sundays for us lot who have to graft on weekends. I'm basically losing two days of gym time because of the later morning starts on weekends.

This establishment is well-maintained, tidy, and organized. The restroom facilities are impeccably maintained. The equipment seldom experiences disruptions, and the premises have never felt overly crowded. As an area for enhancement, it would be beneficial to uphold the policy regarding cell phone usage on the gym floor; recently, there has been a noticeable increase in individuals engaging in loud phone conversations in the workout area, which has been distracting, particularly when it interfered with my use of air pods. Nonetheless, all interactions with the staff have been delightful and conducted in a professional manner!

This spot is absolutely lovely. The space is vast and it always appears to be spick and span whenever I visit. There's a plethora of gear that enables you to get in and have an excellent workout without the need to share equipment.

They do a fantastic job at keeping the machines in good shape and geared up for use. The changing room is spacious, and the restrooms and showers are consistently tidy.

Every staff member I've come across has been amiable and accommodating. The general atmosphere is fantastic. The majority of the members I've encountered seem to be grounded individuals with pleasant personalities.

The employees chucked that daft "guest log" right in my face and insisted that I fill it out. My name, address, and home gym are already in the system - get your employees to jot it down. Otherwise, get rid of it or instruct your employees not to hassle me when I choose to opt out. I'm not jotting down my details on that thing. And my reason for being in town is none of your concern. I pay my annual and monthly fees, and that's sufficient.

The customer service is absolutely dreadful... I was inquiring about my account and the bloke told me I had to pop over to my home location, which was alright, but I had more inquiries to make about the account, and he simply sauntered away as if I was being dismissed... he was terribly impolite, and I shall not be recommending dealing with the Moss Street location because of this young chap.

Showers require a full 5 minutes to heat up. I recommend starting the water, then attending to other tasks like undressing and brushing your teeth. AFTER that, return to a delightfully HOT shower (yes, it will become hot! Just exercise patience, have faith.) Showers are equipped with a rack for items, a curtain, and the changing area is located opposite them with secure stalls. This is useful information for fellow travelers.

And an added bonus: the night staff were wonderfully kind and friendly :)

The gym is always spotless and has recently been upgraded with top-of-the-line equipment. There's plenty of room to break a sweat and get your fitness on. The staff members are super friendly and never fail to offer words of support. I often see them engaging with members and assisting those who might not be familiar with the gear. Plus, there's never any wait time to use the equipment in the exclusive black card spa.

Planet Fitness is alright, it's not bad for the price but when you look at larger cities offering the same price, it's not as good. The equipment they provide isn't top-notch, a lot of it is older, but if you're savvy, you can still make it work.

I 'ave nevah seen any PF location this poorly run, layed out or furnished, mate! By far the worst Planet Fitness location I've evah been to (and I travel weekly). Staff was rude and made me fill out additional forms asking for personal info that I've nevah been asked for while visitin' undah my membership. No tannin' beds, just stand up booths. Rooms weren't furnished with anythin' but a metal chair and the booth. NASTIER than the staff's attitude was the lack of a single towel and spray bottle on any wall. There were a couple places (trash cans w/ bottle and towel on top) in 'ard to see areas so I saw many members just get off of equipment, look around, then just walk away leavin' it dirty.
