"He is one of them. He took way too long in there." This comment was passed from one clerk to another clerk, discussing the time I spent in the changing room after my gym session. I am 1200 miles away from home. My home gym, where the staff is fantastic, is situated on Baxter Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky. I'm not bothered by how long I spend in there. I have a black card membership for a reason. I am here in Colorado learning a new trade. Thank you. Apologies that I don't own a winter cabin in Aspen. I simply want to take a shower after work and a workout. That's why I pay my membership fees. The showers are wonderfully powerful and warm, unlike the weak and cold service provided here. Perhaps if the twig-like girls behind the counter also worked out, they would be less concerned about who is taking their time to get clean after getting dirty.

I've been to this location twice now and was a tad disappointed, I must say. It's my first time ever being a member of a gym, you see. Before signing up, I was regaled with tales of how splendid this establishment is and how a staff member would guide me around, providing a comprehensive overview of all the perks included in my membership. Alas, during my visit, all I was informed of was the location of the women's locker room. Nevertheless, it must be said that this place is impeccably clean!

I will NEVER buy another membership from Planet Fitness again because of their "corporate policies." I moved away from Westminster a couple years back. Since then, they refuse to cancel my account without me signing cancellation paperwork in person (which is impossible), or sending a letter with my agreement number and barcode number. I've already done that, but oh dear, it seems they didn't receive it. I'm fed up with the games they play when you try to cancel a membership. Every other gym allows cancellations over the phone. Don't waste your money on this company because once they have your account number, they'll make it as difficult as possible to stop charging your account.

I've had the pleasure of training in most of the gyms here in Colorado. Planet Fitness is quite a standard setup like many chain gyms, but it offers all the essentials to keep oneself in shape and enhance physical performance. The team is welcoming and supportive, the management is well-informed and engaging in case you have any queries. I chose to switch from Vasa Fitness due to the commute and joined Planet Fitness. Honestly, I haven't really considered returning as I am content here and achieve a similar workout as before.
My only wish is that they had fewer treadmills and allocated specific benches for bench pressing...just my personal preference.

There's always a treadmill available, or something is always open. I've never had to wait for anything there except for the water fountain. There is loads of new equipment, big TV's, huge fans, and everything is incredibly clean.
I use the showers there, and they're really clean, but everything there is spotless all the time. I just wish they had a hot tub. I absolutely adore this place.

This place is absolutely brilliant. I can pop in and out whenever necessary and always have a fantastic workout. I just wish everyone would wipe down their equipment like most folks do. "Hey, mate, you're not all that, give the equipment a good wipe-down."

I am terribly let down. I used to be a member of Planet Fitness when they first arrived here. As I am now back in Arvada, I decided to pop in for a quick chat. After cycling 20 miles, I entered the spacious lobby with my pristine mountain bike, only to be met with the words, "Bikes must be outside and locked up!" I promptly took my bike outside and departed. This is not the welcoming approach one expects in a customer-centric industry. Had they first asked how they could assist me or politely requested that I move my bike outside, I would have understood. However, if this is the initial interaction, I'll pass. This kind of attitude signifies extremely poor customer service.
All I wanted was a brief look inside the premises before returning another day to sign up. As I mentioned, I'll search for a different gym.

WATCH OUT! Don't bring any valuables into the locker room at the men's or ladies' rooms, someone is cutting locks and snatching all belongings somehow. The front desk appears to be aware of this situation and they inform us that they have recovered the items, asking people to identify what belongs to them. It all seems a bit suspicious! Avoid bringing any valuables to this gym. The thefts occur while you're on the gym floor working out or taking a shower. Not good at all. Management needs to take action!☆

My visiting hours to this establishment are usually around 11pm-1am, I've been a member since May and have been going there on a nightly basis. The staff at this place are always very welcoming. All the equipment and the gym itself are maintained in pristine condition.

The bloke with the lengthy locks is really giving this place a bad rap. He consistently parks in the handicap spot right in front of the gym. And then he tries to talk his way out of it after I confronted him and said, "Since there's no sign, it's not a handicap spot." How cheeky can this staff member be to make such a statement when clearly parking in a designated spot for folks with disabilities in front of a gym? Planet Fitness should be ashamed to have an employee using the handicap spot without any valid reason. This is just one of the issues I've encountered with this employee, and I finally spoke up today. I don't usually ignore someone being thoughtless towards those who might need that specific parking space.

Planet Fitness... you have let me down and the customers. Another longtime employee has left the company. Many of the employees who made this PF feel like my home gym are now gone. Yes, working out is a personal commitment. But having conversations and support from the staff made a difference on tough days. Improve your game, PF.
I visited on 03/22/2024 and must say that the two representatives I spoke with were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. I think their names were Cade and Rick. I am happy I selected this PF as my new go-to gym.

Visited this spot this morning with a chum. Smooth check-in process as usual for PF locations. The equipment is standard, similar to other PF spots, but I quite fancy the ample workout spaces here - didn't feel cramped while exercising (plus, it was early on a Friday, so not too crowded). Can't comment on the locker room or showers, but overall, I was content with this place.

The gym layout is quite pleasant. Recently, they have upgraded the equipment to include machines that track repetitions and have a timer feature, which I find rather appealing. The customer service from the staff leaves something to be desired, but the main concern lies in their lack of punctuality. They are meant to open at 5:00 AM on Mondays, yet there is often a group of individuals waiting for the employee to arrive. This delay typically ranges from 5 to 10 minutes and occurs frequently enough for me to opt for another option. I will give the 88th location a shot instead.

Tahlia always greets me by name, ensures the facility is immaculately clean, and assists with a smile and genuine warmth. My experience overall has been outstanding, and she is one of the main reasons for that!
