I was paired with Dalton for a series of 12 sessions, and he was absolutely fantastic. After realizing I was packing on some pounds and feeling the need to get my body in motion with the guidance of a trainer, I searched for personal trainers nearby and came across Total Fitness. It happened to be one of the few, if not the only one, that offered workout hours at 6:30 pm, which suited my schedule perfectly. I had an initial meeting with Dom, one of the owners, who was full of energy and really friendly. It didn't feel like a sales pitch at all. He inquired about my fitness goals and where I wanted to focus my workouts, understanding my hesitations as I tended to give up after a few weeks in the past. I took the leap and was paired with Ryan. We hit it off right away, and he has always been not just friendly, but genuinely enjoyable to work with. Ryan is knowledgeable in fitness, nutrition, and supplements, offering tailored guidance no matter what my specific goals were. I aimed for building strength and losing fat, and he was incredibly supportive. He knows exactly when to push me further or dial it back if I'm struggling, sore, or just not feeling it on a given day. Our sessions have a great flow, constantly introducing new exercises and techniques. Ryan also patiently answers my numerous questions every session. Overall, I'm truly pleased with my decision to commit to this journey, and Dom made the perfect match by pairing me with Ryan. Ryan is simply outstanding.

Total Fitness is a brilliant spot for a workout. The trainers are all lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere is spotless with all the gym gear required to achieve your goals. I can't recommend Scott F enough; he's incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to working around any disabilities or injuries you may have. Scott's training programs are tailored perfectly to suit you. I've attended 40 sessions so far, and I feel fantastic. My overall health and endurance have significantly improved; I've also observed positive changes in my sleep quality and stress levels.

I’m on my 5th session with Michelle and I must say, I am ABSOLUTELY chuffed with the top-notch service provided by Total Fitness so far! Being a newbie to strength training, I was a bit apprehensive to kick things off as a novice. Both the gaffer (Dom) and Michelle have made me feel right at home and at ease, and have been spot on in keeping me in the loop about my progress and requirements. As a recently diagnosed T1 diabetic, Michelle has been ever so mindful and supportive in keeping an eye on my target HR zone during sets to steer clear of glucose spikes. It really warms the cockles of me heart as I’m still figuring out the ins and outs of managing glycemic control alongside new workout routines. I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I've been attending Total Fitness Colorado for the past 4 months and have seen more progress in these last 4 months than in the previous 2 years. Samantha is my trainer and she really knows how to keep the hour-long workouts engaging. She's a natural motivator and always pushes me to my limits. My goal was to build muscle and lose fat, and her workouts are delivering exactly that.
Dom was the first person I spoke with when I inquired about joining TFC. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and ensured that I was supported every step of the way to achieve my goals.
While I've only trained with Samantha, I've interacted with the other trainers at TFC and they are all fantastic. The workouts are challenging and enjoyable. They are friendly, well-informed, and dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.
