I 've sweat it out in numerous gyms over the years, yet I find meself squandering memberships at those vast gym establishments 'cause they're just too bustling or overwhelming. Breakthrough Personal Training is a gem, as no matter where ye find yerself on yer fitness journey, ye feel at ease and motivated to keep turning up to reach yer goals. I've been hitting the gym with T.J for a few moons now - I've incurred many injuries from sports, and getting back into the workout routine always seems like an uphill battle, but T.J has some exercises he fine-tunes and suggestions to maneuver around me injuries, and I end up with a fantastic workout! I can't recommend T.J and Breakthrough Personal Training highly enough!!

Absolutely top-notch! I can't express enough positive things about Coach Phil! As someone who started from a nearly beginner level and felt unsure about my skills and strength, I was quite apprehensive to begin training. Right from the start, I felt backed up and understood.

Coach Phil is incredibly well-informed and patient - always guiding me through each exercise step-by-step and ensuring I grasp it fully before proceeding. I have never once felt hurried or disheartened, even when I needed things explained or demonstrated again.

Coach Phil has managed to push me past what I believed I could achieve, while always being kind and gentle with corrections when I made a mistake. Thanks to his expertise and ability to gently motivate, I’m building confidence in myself and my capabilities.

I would highly suggest Coach Phil to anyone, regardless of their level! If you're new to working out or struggling with form, Coach Phil can assist!! You'll feel motivated, supported, and ready to tackle new challenges!!

And an added bonus.., in the gym, everything is tidy and you will discover all the equipment necessary to train every part of the body.

I've been working out with Galen for nearly a year. He's got great expertise and is always willing to explain the ins and outs of our workout routines. He tailors my training plan and keeps it varied to keep things interesting. When I noticed some shoulder discomfort, he quickly gave me new exercises and guidance to keep me safe while continuing my training. I can't recommend him enough!

He customized my workout to suit my specific body type just by asking a few questions and observing my physique. I wholeheartedly recommend his services. Working with Casey has been a game-changer for me! He has helped me significantly increase my strength and overcome plantar fasciitis pain. Casey customizes each workout to fit my goals and is attentive to my weak areas to prevent any unnecessary strain on my body. Where should I start? I've had numerous encounters with personal training. I've resided in various states across the US as well as Europe and have always looked for personal training. The Breakthrough Health Connection has not only transformed my life but truly made me a better individual. Their methods and workouts are exceptional. I'm talking about the utmost level of attention you can receive, with meal plans and workouts that just resonate with me. In New York City, Berlin, or Sydney, I never experienced that kind of quality, guidance, and genuinely the breakthrough in my fitness journey.

Honestly, I've seen a lot all over the world, and I would never have imagined that in Idaho, I discovered the best yet. I would award 6 stars if I could.

Phil is such an amazing personal trainer, mate! He's got heaps of experience and qualifications, and he's a proper hard worker. The way he motivates you positively while pushing you to your limits is ace. And he doesn't mess around with diet and nutrition either, which is top-notch for keeping you accountable.

I've been training with Phil at Breakthrough 4-5 times a week for about 8 months now, and I'm still making brilliant progress. At 40, I feel just as strong and flexible as I did back in my 20s after basic training. I got back into working out to help with my recovery from a serious accident, and I've noticed a massive difference – I hardly feel any of the old pains, and I'm way more mobile and flexible now.

Overall, it's been a top-notch experience all around! Cheers, mate!

I was lucky enough to have a Personal Training session with Phil McDaniels from Breakthrough Personal Training and boy, did I have a blast! I got all fired up, felt strong, and really kicked butt. We did loads of punching, kicking, and various weight exercises for strength training. I can't recommend Phil highly enough for these workouts that are personalized to your body. His wealth of experience and professionalism really came through during our session. I'll definitely be returning for more! ~Korenna Aster

I 'ave been exercisin' on me own fer several years, so workin' with a trainer made me nervous. Phil made me feel very comfortable, yet challenged me. 'E was very positive. 'E also explained what we were workin' on which 'elps me in me progress. I like to be informed. I can definitely see the difference workin' with a trainer. 'E is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and 'elpin' me with me body type. I really like this space to train. And the kickboxin' makes me feel powerful!

I'm actually penning this review on behalf of my missus. I was a tad doubtful about optin' for personal training on 'er behalf 'cause she 'ad several health issues which led to 'er weight gain, and I didn't reckon a personal trainer was the best option. She insisted that she give it a go to improve 'erself so we decided to go for it. After only 4 months of workin' with Phil, she 'as shed 35 pounds, and I 'aven't seen 'er this chuffed in years.

She's got more energy, sleeps better, and now she can frolic with the little ones without bein' out of breath. I also 'ave no clue 'ow 'e pulled it off, but she 'ad very limited mobility in 'er left shoulder and now 'er shoulder 'as a much better range of motion. I can't start to explain 'ow thankful I am for Phil, and I'm so driven that I'm gonna kick start workin' with 'im in the new year. 5 stars just ain't sufficient for all 'e's done for our family.

I absolutely adore exercising with Phil! Each workout session is one-of-a-kind, enjoyable, and just the right amount of challenging (meaning I can still walk the day after, but I feel like he's pushing me to be better). His brand-new gym is amazing, but I appreciate that he's willing to come to my home gym and tailor workouts to fit my schedule. A+...working with Phil to elevate your fitness game is a decision you won't regret!

Phil truly approaches his work with integrity and genuine concern for the overall WELLbeing of individuals. Absolutely hands down the best decision I've ever made. I only wish I had done it sooner. Phill is absolutely amazing, if I could give him more than five stars, I would. I initially signed up for 20 sessions, but by the end of those sessions, I had to buy new clothes for work and working out. I've gone down 2 belt sizes, sleep better, feel stronger, regained my confidence, and I'm losing less hair. My sugar cravings have disappeared, and I no longer desire heavy meals out. My lower back pain has improved, and I can now do exercises I haven't done since my first pregnancy. I needed the accountability of a trainer who could fit into my busy schedule. After reading Phill's other reviews, I said to myself, "This is the guy." He is knowledgeable and adaptable, teaching new habits that are easy to follow. We never repeat the same workout, and he adjusts based on my muscle soreness. Regardless of your fitness level or goals, he can assist you. You won't regret it, just take that leap, one day at a time. You can do it.
