Onelife Fitness gym is perfectly situated near me and provides nearly everything I require for my workouts, albeit with some limitations on equipment diversity. Be vigilant with your session bookings; I encountered an issue with a rescheduled session that wasn't reflected in their system, leading me to clarify that I didn't have the session scheduled. It was eventually resolved, but caused some stress. Experimenting with different trainers is recommended for tailored training. They also offer pool training, which I'm considering trying out. Overall, it may not be the most extensive gym, but it's a efficient spot to work up a sweat.

The finest gym in Crystal City, no doubt about it. Top-notch, absolutely top-notch.
Cheryl Jackson (5/15/25, 3:28 PM):
Such a splendid gym with a top-notch Pilates session - Erin is simply brilliant! Always spotless, though it's a bit bothersome to have the sauna near the pool instead of in the locker room. The staff is ever so friendly. (By the by, don't bother attempting to ring them up, their system isn't very customer-oriented)
Eugene Jenkins (5/14/25, 6:40 AM):
Abbas is a fabulous trainer, very focused and he truly takes pride in his clients.
Patricia Mitchell (5/11/25, 2:14 PM):
Giving this one star due to my recent customer service experience at the gym. I would highly advise seeking out other gyms. Despite facing some challenges in my life that required me to relocate at short notice, this gym still insisted on charging me for an additional month and used the "it's in the contract" excuse when questioned. The customer service I received was truly abysmal. As someone on a tight budget who had to deal with an unexpected move, I found this behavior to be extremely distasteful. I recommend signing up with a different gym that values its customers. I have no intention of returning to onelife, and considering the price, you may want to consider joining planet fitness in pentagon city since it operates 24/7.
Stephen Reed (5/9/25, 8:47 AM):
Much superior to the previous setup that was situated at the opposite extremity of Crystal City. I solely make use of the shower and locker room, both of which are impeccably maintained. I cannot vouch for the gym or pool, as I have yet to venture into that section of the club.
Daniel Morgan (5/8/25, 10:57 AM):
Not very welcoming, was asked "can't you go to the gym instead of here" from what seemed to be a supervisor? The atmosphere isn't very inviting, employees are okay. Just glad they could accommodate some recently stationed army officers I guess.
Amy Nguyen (5/6/25, 12:05 PM):
An amazin' experience at the club, mate. I've been goin' there since 2010 and absolutely adore the staff and the vibe in the club. The whole crew works together as a team to keep the club runnin' tip-top. The personal trainers are ace at their jobs - top-notch professionals, they are. Cheers to a crackin' gym experience!
Gabriel Kim (5/2/25, 10:23 PM):
Crystal Park Sport&health is the cleanest and safest club around, mate. I would highly recommend giving them a look! They've got temperature checks at the front entrance, extra sanitation stations all over the place, and this new AirPHX gizmo that zaps viruses and bacteria from the air. Can't say I'd feel more secure anywhere else. The staff is top-notch and the price is definitely worth it! Cheers!
Russell Perez (5/2/25, 2:30 AM):
Does anyone know if this place has racquetball courts?
Daniel Flores (4/29/25, 7:18 PM):
I 'ad the pleasure of training with Brittany Rytky as me personal trainer from the start of June until mid August, and I can confidently say that this experience 'as been nothin' short of exceptional. Brittany's enthusiasm and motivational prowess 'ave truly transformed me fitness journey.
From the very first session, Brittany radiated energy and positivity, which immediately set the tone for our workouts. 'Er enthusiasm was infectious, makin' each session feel like a step towards achievin' me fitness goals rather than a daunting task. It's evident that she is genuinely passionate about 'er role as a personal trainer, and this passion fueled not only 'er dedication but also me own commitment to the workouts.
Alice Kim (4/26/25, 4:53 AM):
Absolutely smashing gym - loads of gear from free weights to cardio machines. Besides the main floor brimming with equipment, they've got a cardio theater for showing movies on the big screen. Plus, there's a grand pool, sauna, dedicated track training room, and a delightful yoga studio. It's truly a top-notch gym, not quite Equinox level but mighty fine indeed. Cheers!
Russell Williams (4/24/25, 6:59 AM):
Signing up for this gym has been one of the top-notch choices I have ever made! The setup is regularly spotless, packed with top-quality equipment, and boasts an amazing ambiance. The team is absolutely exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and quick to greet you with a smile as soon as you step in. The instructors are not just experts but also among the friendliest individuals you'll encounter. Additionally, the gym crowd is marvelous; everyone is considerate, making it an all-encompassing wonderful spot to get your workout in!
Richard Cook (4/24/25, 3:51 AM):
This club is one of the cleanest and most well-organized I have ever visited.
Lisa Lewis (4/23/25, 8:29 PM):
I was totally let down by the way Sport&Health Crystal City handled my membership. When I initially signed up for a short-term, 2-month membership, I spoke with a membership representative who advised me to go for the 12-month membership and cancel right before moving out to get a lower monthly rate. However, when I followed those instructions to the letter and canceled a few days before leaving Crystal City, I was informed that I should have canceled a month earlier and that I would be charged for an extra month even though I was no longer close to CC or DC. I felt deceived by both the representative who signed me up and the cancellation services representative I dealt with later on. On top of that, my calls were ignored, nobody reached out to discuss my situation over the phone, and my emails went unanswered for a long time. While the facility itself is good, the customer service provided by Sport&Health left me extremely disappointed. I would not recommend choosing S&H – there are plenty of other clubs out there that offer great facilities and excellent customer service.
Raymond Perry (4/23/25, 7:49 AM):
The local staff here are top-notch, but I've consistently had a subpar experience with the management, and the pricing is way too steep for what you're getting.
Madison Rodriguez (4/22/25, 6:49 AM):
This is, without a doubt, the most dreadful OneLife Fitness branch in the DMV area. I strongly advise against coming here if you're seeking a satisfactory workout experience - you'll only end up disappointed. Upon my recent visit to exercise, I suffered an allergic reaction within 5 minutes of entering the gym due to the harsh chemicals used by the cleaning staff. These cleaners operate in such close proximity to members while they're working out or changing in the locker rooms that you end up inhaling toxic fumes, putting your health at serious risk. I developed hives and my face swelled up immediately, leading me to seek emergency medical attention. Despite reporting this incident to the management, they took no action whatsoever to address the issue.
After recovering from my ordeal, I decided to give the gym another chance and signed up for a yoga class. To my dismay, the yoga session coincided with a loud spin class taking place in an adjacent room. When I raised this concern with the management, they simply brushed it off, claiming it was just a 30-minute overlap and promised to consider lowering the music volume next time. Instead of rescheduling the classes to avoid this clash, they chose to inconvenience the members. The gym itself is incredibly small, with limited equipment, and the personal trainers occupy most of the available space when working with their clients. Unlike other establishments that feature designated training areas, OneLife Fitness lacks adequate space for individual workouts due to the trainers' dominance.
Returning to the subject of the cleaning staff, I must mention their questionable practices. Despite the gym closing at 9 pm on weekdays, the cleaners opt to mop the locker room floors at 8:30 pm. This timing not only creates a hazard with wet floors but also poses a risk to members who may slip and fall. Despite my numerous complaints to the management about these issues, they constantly provide excuses and justifications for their actions, demonstrating a clear lack of concern for their customers' wellbeing. Their priorities seem solely focused on the personal trainers and their clientele, rather than addressing the legitimate concerns of the gym-goers.
Gabriel Reyes (4/21/25, 8:14 AM):
Top-notch gym, staff is fantastic and always ready to lend a hand, spinning classes are superb.
Robert James (4/17/25, 11:57 AM):
I absolutely adore everything about this gym!
Evelyn Gutierrez (4/17/25, 1:05 AM):
I absolutely adore this sport and fitness center. The equipment is top-notch, the staff is fantastic, I particularly enjoy the swimming pool, and the location in Crystal City is splendid! They even offer validated garage parking.
