Every time I venture out of that place, lungs ablaze, muscles yowling, sweat cascading off me in torrents, my initial notion when I hop into my automobile is, "I must return." The exercises are challenging and phenomenal, but I come back for the folks. The team is remarkable, and the fellow participants inspire one another to surpass expectations. It's quite the experience, I must say.

Justin is a brilliant bloke and an equally brilliant coach, with heaps of experience. He was able to rectify and pinpoint small to larger issues with movements. His gym is chock-full of everything you can imagine, with some extra fun stuff like a peg board and a ring assistance rig for anyone looking to nail their first muscle-up or anything with rings. Loads of weights for everyone to pile on with top-notch bars. Highly recommend!

This gym has truly been a blessing to me and my family... a year ago I would not even set foot on any physical related activity let alone a gym... but this gym has turned into a home for me and my family (I’m there 6 days a week so yeah it’s my home ☺️). Every Saturday kids do the clarityfitkids program then soon after, me and hubby does the grown-up class... I love that we get to do this as a family... some days we don’t feel motivated but that’s part of the training.. training our minds to overcome those bumps and hurdles... to get up and come anyway coz in the end it’s us who benefits from it.. in this gym, we come in different sizes, ages, and ability and never for even once I’ve felt not strong enough or good enough or fit enough... coaches will work with you wherever you’re at in terms of physical strength, they will find ways to work around your injuries and physical limitations and rehabilitate you till you’re able. So if you’re just thinking about it, don’t hesitate anymore... turn that can’t into can... we all gotta start somewhere... so come and join our family! It will be fun! 👍🏼💪🏼🏋🏻♀️
