It's proper tidy and the folks are friendly. Nonetheless, their weightiest dumbbell clocks in at a mere 75 pounds, while their heaviest barbell, if memory serves, is only 70 (or perhaps 60) pounds. There aren't any squat racks to be found, just smith machines, and forget about deadlifts or bench press/incline. Suitable for a laid-back sweat sesh exclusively.
Moreover, despite professing to be a zone devoid of prejudice, one most certainly feels scrutinized if one approaches their workout regimen with staunch dedication. They've got signs up about it, would you believe.

I absolutely love the gym, it's always so clean and the staff are super friendly. I do wish they would consider opening earlier than 7 am on Saturdays and Sundays for us weekend workers. It's a bummer to miss out on two days of gym time because of the late morning openings on weekends.

Totally worth it! I must say, the wait totally paid off. The equipment is absolutely brand spanking new. The folks there are so friendly and gave me a warm welcome as soon as I stepped foot in the gym. And that fresh gym scent hits you right when you walk in. Normally, I feel a bit self-conscious and jittery when I work out, but this place just makes you feel like you fit right in. The other members are super welcoming and even offered some helpful tips and advice when I was doing my exercises. It's definitely a safe space where you don't feel judged at all. Never have I adored a gym as much as this gem on Moss St. I jokingly told my wife to make some room because I've got a new love in my life now. This place is my new happy place! Thank you Planet Fitness... Thank you!

I regularly hit this gym and it's a bloody good spot, I tell ya. Well worth the dosh. The gear seems to be well looked after, the loo is always spick and span, and the blokes working there are friendly as can be. They even chuck in some free pizza and bagels every month. For an extra 20 quid a month, you can have a go on their tanning booths and massage chairs.
I reckon this place is bang for your buck and I'd recommend it to anyone on the lookout for a gym. Cheers!

They took advantage of us. They made us pay more money than we should have, and when I requested to cancel all our memberships, I still had to pay at least $210. The annual fee says it is due on July 1st. Why are they making me pay on May 1st? It's outrageous how one has to pay at Planet Fitness. They don't even give you a heads up beforehand when you sign up for a membership. I had no other option but to cancel our memberships to stop wasting my money. Not only that, but before all this happened, I inquired about canceling, and they recommended freezing my account. I agreed and signed a document (which I read before signing and everything seemed fine). The lady assured me they wouldn't charge any fees as long as the account was frozen. THEN WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME DOUBLE THE AMOUNT???

Dirty paper towels and tissue strewn across the locker room floor. One of the managers is lurking behind the counter, spreading gossip. This place never had this unkempt appearance when JL was in charge!

The gym is spotless and the staff is superb. Gregory always greets us with a smile and chats with us like we're old pals. I also adore that it's not one of those grimy gyms where you feel like you're swimming in sweat.

It was clean and well-maintained. The layout was a bit different from other Planet Fitness gyms, but in a good way in my opinion.

The staff was fantastic, very accommodating. They had a diverse team, including a kind elderly gentleman at the front desk who was extremely helpful and directed us to the right staff member for our question. The gym was spotless, with top-notch equipment in excellent condition, and a lovely exclusive area for black club members.

I've never had any complaints. The gym has everything I need. I couldn't ask for anything better. There's just one thing I forgot to mention; we need hot water at the sink in the restroom.

The membership price is smashing! Loads of gear available. The hours are quite flexible. Emily at the north location is a right gem. 👏 The staff is quite helpful too.

Cons:
They don't upfront mention about the yearly fee (which isn't much anyway, considering the low monthly payment).
