However, once I stepped inside, I was taken aback by the sheer size and cleanliness of the facility. There are some right cheeky folks that pop by this gym spot... you could be pumpin' iron with the free weights, and then outta nowhere, some bloke just waltzes up, doesn't even bother to ask if you're using them, and swipes 'em like it's his right. Then they cart them off to another part of the gym, leaving your weights abandoned on the ground... Or people hop on a machine and couldn't be arsed to give it a quick wipe down after they're done, just stroll off without a care in the world. Proper rude behavior, ain't it? And to top it off, this place ain't open all hours... Some folks finish work late and can't make it 'cause they've shut shop, forcing them to trek across town when they live right next to this gym. Outrageous, I tell ya!

I signed up online about 2 years ago. I went in only once on the same day I signed up. I just walked around to see what they had to offer. I tried to cancel. I was told I have to come in there in person or mail them a letter if I'm out of town. I called a while ago to cancel and recently called again last week and was told that I not owe 80.00 but 140.00. I have never been there more than once. I only signed up because they were 24 hrs at the time. Please cancel my prescription! And then we can talk about the 140.00. I would join back if the hours change.

The gym is consistently spotless and has recently been upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment. There's ample room to exercise and stretch out. The staff are really friendly and quick to offer words of motivation. I often witness them engaging with members and assisting those who may be unfamiliar with the equipment. Plus, there's never a wait to use the equipment in the black card spa.

The gym was massive and spotlessly clean. The equipment was pretty much brand spanking new, and let me tell ya, they had doubles of half the machines - talk about a selection!
