I 'ad a splendid experience at the gym. JT showed me 'ow to properly utilize the machines and which exercises are most suitable for the goals I 'ad set for meself. 'E also inspired me to keep goin' and reminded me that change won't 'appen overnight. I would absolutely recommend this gym to me mates! :)

This be one of the finest gyms I've ever laid eye upon. The moment ya step inside, ya feel the right vibe. Crunch is all 'bout No Judgments and All kinds of fun, and ya genuinely sense that. The instructors possess heaps of energy and truly aim to assist ya in the finest way possible. I wouldn't suggest any other gym but this one. They offer somethin' for everyone, from killer classes, spinning, rows of cardio contraptions, tons of weights, and this marvellous boot camp small group training. They even have day care! Get yer self in the gym!

Top-notch experience, I must say! The folks at the front desk were so accommodating. David Nunez, the spinning guru at the gym, gave me a tour of the place. He even joined me for a workout session, guiding me through an awesome arm routine. The vibe there is fantastic, I wholeheartedly suggest checking it out.

It was quite daunting for me to return to the gym after a lengthy break from exercise, but I am thrilled that I chose Crunch. I wanted to share this review to emphasize the childcare services they offer. As a single parent, it's challenging for me to find the time and place to work out, especially because my daughter is very reserved and reluctant to be apart from me. However, the childcare facility at Crunch is outstanding. My daughter genuinely enjoys going there, and the staff in the afternoons are incredibly kind and attentive to her needs. In contrast, when I tried another gym nearby, they essentially suggested that I should not bring my daughter because she cried too much with them. So, a big thank you to the Crunch employees for truly supporting parents like me who just want to have a good workout. Additionally, everything else at the gym is fantastic - top-notch equipment, convenient hours, and a variety of resources to help you achieve an effective workout.

This gym is absolutely smashing for a workout. The chaps on staff are ever so friendly and welcoming. The trainers are always keen and eager to assist with any queries to ensure you're jolly well comfy with your workout. The managerial staff are top-notch as well! The cleanliness of the establishment is spot on! I would wholeheartedly recommend Crunch Pharr to anyone.

Took a 14-year-old to get swole and was shockingly turned away despite their gym rules clearly stated online.
Update: they suggested the teen chill in the "daycare".

Great spot to get a sweat on, but watch out for all the posers. They might hit you with an extra charge every now and then, but we had to bounce after getting billed five times in one month.

They recruited me even when they supposedly had “frozen” my account for 3 months.. Then I found out they hadn’t actually frozen my account at all. After endless calls attempting to reach the manager, it felt like a game of hide and seek at this stage... No thank you.

Zenaida was the most excellent Customer Service Representative. It's a pity she departed for Austin. Among all of the Reps at Pharr Crunch, the Staff is top-notch, but you can never go wrong with Zenaida - polite, professional, and courteous. To the Owner, you have an amazing Staff: Victoria, Baby Vic, Denny, Sam, Ramsey, Chris, Tony, Zoe, Tony are all incredible. I have been in Customer Service for years, they make it an enjoyable experience. You have an amazing team. I moved from the Edinburg Crunch because of Your Staff. I should know, I am there every day.

The establishment is tidy as it is brand new. The employees are welcoming.
I'm giving it a two-star rating due to misleading advertising. I enrolled on the day of their big opening and was advised that all registration fees would be waived. However, when I paid for my second month today, I was informed that I would owe an annual fee when paying for the following month, which amounts to nearly 50 dollars. This fee was not disclosed during sign-up, and initially, all sign-up charges were supposed to be waived if I joined on the grand opening day. It seems they were only exempted temporarily, LoL. Amusing but not really.
In any case, I've had two negative encounters with Crunch now. Last January, I prepaid a yearly membership that I lost when the previous site shut down just a few weeks later. And now this deceptive membership offer. So, I'm on the fence about continuing here, giving it two stars.

Absolutely smashing facility, I must say! By far my top pick for a gym. It's always spick and span, with impeccable attention to detail in the machines. That said, the management is a bit of a shambles - constantly shifting class and training schedules, altering policies, and making cancellation a proper hassle. The general manager, a right rude one, doesn't give out accurate or thorough information at all. Cheers!

Mate, this gym is absolutely top-notch, hands down the best one I've hit up since Freedom Fitness called it quits. The staff is brilliant, the gear is top of the line, and the folks here are just fantastic. Absolutely loving it!
