UPDATE: So I departed the vicinity and, prior to my departure, I ensured to terminate my membership at the reception desk. Some months later, I revisited this issue and discovered that my account was still incurring the monthly fee. Upon contacting them again, it was revealed that my account had merely been suspended rather than canceled. I requested a reimbursement for the months where charges were made despite my assumption that the account had been terminated, but my request was denied. This establishment displays dishonest practices, and if given the choice, I would recommend seeking alternatives to avoid such issues.

A decent gym with a favorable pricing structure and commendable cleanliness standards.

The proprieter clearly does not give a hoot about their members. I've been frequenting this establishment for four years, and let me tell you, the stair climbers have never once operated correctly. The treadmills are dropping like flies, and don't get me started on the cable machines - they're as dry as the Sahara Desert. And now, a whopping three-fifths of the latest equipment additions are all glute machines! Heaven forbid you find any machines for other muscle groups.

The facility be lovely but I had to cease using this gym owing to relocating. I rang up and terminated my membership, yet still got billed months after. The gym gave no assistance with this matter, and instead of seeking to sort it out, all I received was a "you must come in person and converse with a manager." How?! I live a full day's journey away now!

The coworkers are so lovely and always give you that extra boost! One of the gentlemen, Juan, is always making sure we have everything we need before we start and shows he cares if we have any questions about anything. Absolutely love exercising here!!

I absolutely adore this place! The team and trainers are always so lovely and accommodating. I drop off my son at the kids' crunch while I get my workout in, and he always has a blast. The facilities are consistently well-maintained; I often notice the staff tidying up the machines and floors, making this gym by far the finest I've visited (much superior to Tru fit or Planet Fitness).

When I arrived, I could see that the equipment was of great quality, and as I finished my workout, I was assisted by Victoria. This gym 'as all the equipment you need, 'as extremely 'elpful Staff, 'as covid protocols to keep us safe, and overall is a good experience. Talking to the staff whenever you 'ave any questions or need a one on one is always the best, A staff Juan is my go to guy 'ere, he knows exactly what 'es doing and is so good at 'elping and giving pointers and such.

I've been a member here for 2 years now, and about 2-3 months ago, the equipment started to break down. It's been frustrating because it takes more than a week or two to get fixed. The restrooms are in desperate need of cleaning, with missing toilet paper and soap. The showers are absolutely disgusting 🤢 and it seems like they haven't been cleaned in at least a month or even longer.
